This quick and easy meditation activates your inner Quan Yin, the personification of divine feminine energy, to connect with your heart, give yourself compassion and dive deep into your needs, desires and wants. Through self-love we can access a deeper part of ourselves that knows what we desire, ultimately allowing us to manifest it or open to it if it is not manifest yet.
In this guided meditation, we channel the divine feminine energy of Quan Yin. Quan Yin is the Goddess of Mercy and Compassion. Channeling her allows us to discover what we need in our own lives, but not from a judgmental standpoint. Rather from a place of respect for our needs, wants, desires and fears- because she loves us as we are, no changes necessary.
