The playing was great. Those Bass drum sounds and toms are fire. If i had just a smidge of constructive criticism, id say the snare sounded a bit "week". Maybe just volume of mic placement because even the rim shots sounded light...in comparison to the others. I think with a deeper, louder snare drum it would be perfect. I'll give it an A- for a grade. ( from a guy who plays at a C or D level) (me). Nice job for real though.
Thanks for the feedback! I mix & master it myself and I'm just "okay" at it and always learning, but not a pro. I also don't use samples in the mix or triggers. Some of that may have something to do with the snare not perfect sounding for you. I try to improve with every cover I do! Thanks for the A- and for checking it out! 🥁

All the fixings and sides and then for desert I got ice cream, and was acting like a spoiled child because I didn't get sprinkles. And then my Dad flicks the back of my head and tells me to shut up and enjoy it!! Haha. Sprinkles would have made the meal PERFECT. That's all I meant by small critique.
