3 things i look for on a video or content worthy of being understood:
    - Key ideas
    - Key lists (if they named lists)
    - Key concepts

    Thinking in 3s -
    1) Identify and apply the 80-20 rule consciously wherever possible.
    2) Pick 3 most important hacks from any book, podcast, Ted talk or anything you refer to for productivity. LESS is MORE.
    3) Start applying the simple frameworks to the problems at hand without thinking much about 100s of other frameworks available that can be applied.

THIS is the video I need to see FIRST. This video opens the door for me to start and get into this framework stuff.

Vicky, you're a gem! Absolutely agree to your "3 simple steps". I'm like you said, in the mid of conversation, am stuck of knowing which framework to use, also like @IamJofin, lost of word. From now on, will focus on only 3 (watch 3 video, focus only 3 action etc) and you are on the top of my "3" list. Thanks

Greate video!!! Actually, that is how our brains work, they work abstractly. Just subtract and subtract until you reach a point (or three points) that could hold of that information inside.

Thanks Vicky. Been following you from quite a long time and you certainly have helped me discover new ways to formulate and articulate my thoughts. But something that concerns me is, I try very hard to find the right vocabulary to create the 'impact', that I forget sometimes what to say. And I am so convinced that, something said with 'impact vocabulary' is more powerful than with some mediocre choice of words. This has been such a drag in my progress.

Vicky gave you the answer it the last step. Become more articulate. It builds over time. Look at the video she mentioned. When you write, use a thesaurus to vary and expand your word choices. And outline, outline, outline.

I face the same problem. What I've been doing for the past month is keeping a commonplace book where i jot new ideas, new thoughts and even new words that I want to use in my conversations. I also make it a point to use at least one of those words in a week so it forces me to be comfortable with the words and hopefully be successfully integrated into my vernacular.

Brilliant Vicky. Definitely, if you just have tons of info it won’t be useful, until you make it simple enough for the brain to be capable of using it

"It can scarcely be denied that the supreme goal of all theory is to make the irreducible basic elements as simple and as few as possible without having to surrender the adequate representation of a single datum of experience." ―Albert Einstein - 10 June 1933 @ Oxford Lecture - Method of Theoretical Physics
But this idea of simplicity didn't originate from Einstein. It's attributed to William of Ockham (Occam's razor), but predates him and appears from many great thinkers throughout history:
"We may assume the superiority *ceteris paribus* [other things being equal] of the demonstration which derives from fewer postulates or hypotheses." ―Aristotle, Analytica Posteriora 384-322 BCE

I have 80/20ed my family: out of my wife, my daughter and my cat, I have determined which one gives me the maximum output (usefulness, entertainement, food). I have ditched the other two. I will soon do the same about my three main resources: air, water and food. Come to think of it: do I really need 10 fingers? They can't all be THAT useful.

What do you mean by managing nformation tho?
Like, do you mean like if you are watching a youtube video (information) you should stay focus on that and not divide your attention to another information? or what are some examples of what you mean by this?
