After childbirth, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I took action to remedy it. I opted for a wellness-focused approach.
I prioritized my diet, having nutrient-rich foods, especially rich in Folic Acid and Protein.
I worked out regularly and engaged in yoga for stress management.
I avoided styles that pull on my hair and stopped using heated hair tools to prevent hair damage.
