The other night I was in my back porch smoking. I was high sitting under a crecent moon and a mild cold sky thinking about life, been sorta suicidal lately and that day specially was rough, I had my headphones on playing this track when a cat jumped over the fence and sat right infront of me. He just stared at me so I decided to go inside and fetch him a can of tuna. I remember telling him as he ate, "yep, you're right! I need to stay because you need me."

Blonde is the album I fell in love with my first love with. I was studying abroad in the location of this video, Hong Kong. We'd sing the entire album to each other until 5am day after day, skipping classes, going out, and doing it over again. Best 2 months of my life.

I need to share my thoughts. In the beginning of the song, Frank mentions ''everybody needs you'' (00:06) the beat is pretty much repeating itself. It feels like a safe place. Everything goes like it should, hence (why) ''everybody needs you''. Then the beats changes to ''new beginnings'' (1:39) you try something new. Unfortunatley the new thing you try fails. It slowly falls apart (3:00) That's where the beat changes to a more chaotic beat. You dont know what to do with yourself. Emotion is all over the place and in your head. Thoughts are going fast, you don't know what to do with yourself. Then, the beat changes to a soft, quiet beat. (3:28). You don't know what to do with your own emotions and can't get a hold of yourself. Suddenly nobody needs you.

Im someone who doesn't actively listen to or search for R&B, pop, hip-hop, etc type music, but this song caught me so off guard and captivated me so hard, I was blown away at what it made me feel on first full listen.
I was actually playing GTAV and stopped outside of finishing my mission just to finish this song, my jaw just half open at what FO was doing to my heart and earholes with this song. I could probably count on one hand how many artists have had that instant of an impact on me. What a cool dude, hope he never stops creating.
