Brother this is a stellar review!
Really appreciate your sincere opinions about the Shark Lock and great point about other Demko designs. I am getting one because I like the blade and want to play with it all day! Hahahaha
Keep up the great work
God bless 🇺🇸
Really, Really enjoyed the “knife size comparison” this lets me grab one of my knives to ensure proper sizing. Please keep doing that if possible! Thx 🗡️
Thank you for the review I had my concerns about that lock for self defense
Thank you for watching! Super fun to play with but go with a different Demko design with a Tri Ad lock for more “strenuous” activities ;)
My knife today coming and its nice, thanks for video and nice tricks with knife, i need learn this. 👌😀
AWESOME CONGRATS!! Appreciate you watching 💪🏽
I've been thinking of getting one. The grip area really reminds me of the Spyderco Manix 2.
Love the manix 2!!
Hi Tomas. Have you tried the CRKT Inazuma No Ken? For me, that's an excellent folding tactical/self-defense knife. The size is just right, the grip is excellent, the is strong to say the least. Maybe you should check it out. I've got ttwo of them.
I just got delivery of mine this afternoon (06/18/2024). It's the DLT Trading exclusive. OD Green scales with stonewashed AUS10A blade. Also got the clip point variant. I have more than enough sheep's foot/wharncliffe/reverse tanto blades in my collection.
Awesome score!! I hope they serve you well 💪🏽🔥🔪
I want a MagnaCut one.
I have one with the same materials. Today, while looking at the inside of it without opening it, I got the impression that the liners have small rust spots, even though I've had it for only two weeks and it's mostly been stored away. It would be quite disappointing if that's the case, as in the country where I live, this pocket knife costs twice the price when converted.
Damn that’s interesting and concerning
I would reach out to Demko knives and see what they may be able to do
Maybe oil to help precent rust✅
Good luck
This guy twirling the knife reminds me of Australian breakdancing.
Thank you
I have to say right off. I really enjoy your videos! Your review of the Civivi Thug 2 clinched my decision to buy one...(. but my daughter and son in law beat me to it at Christmas! ) And you were right, I Love it! I think you said once that you are a knife sharpener. I Thave a beautiful old Wright and Sons hawkbill. I keep it acceptably sharp with a ceramic rod but in your professional ( and highly entertaining ) opinion, whats the best way to really hone a hawkbill blade? Thank you for the great info you give... still waiting for a review of the Fox/Macaida Dart though.
Thanks for watching!
I just interviews Doug about the Dart design so stay tuned!
I love a good ceramic rod for honing but for heavier resharpening the wicked edge WE40 or WE64 would be my best bet
Wow, that's a nice knife!
BLADEHQ just had a sale on the demko ad20.5, gray scales, 3" 20cv blade for 150 bucks. Used my member points to get an additional 50 bucks off😊
Looking forward to getting the knife. It will be my first Demko knife but actually my second "shark" style locking system with the civivi vision fg which I absolutely love. Great review!
I got the same one how do you like it man ?
@@gOOnz901 I started out thinking meh but it really grew on me. Started carrying it more once I got a LYNCHNW pocket clip and got to using it more and more and now I love it. It's skinny but not too skinny and the blade to handle ratio actually works out for it's size. At 150 for 20cv it's an absolute steal.
@TerminalM193 👊🏽🔥🗡️
I have the ad20.5 in 3V. I have to say the truth. It goes dull awfully quickly. And for around $180, it came with cheap, paper thin plastic scales. And the blade is so thick. It sucks as a slicer, no matter how sharp I make it.
Aw man that’s unfortunate :(
Yeah, it's unfortunate that the ad20.5 sucks
@@johnnyeas1431they make a slicer. You should have got the 20CV one from blade hq. Cuz the one you have is a budget beater and it’s not for being a slicer. The natural S35vn is another good option when holding either of the two .they don’t feel cheap. Cuz they aren’t. These knives don’t suck. The one you bought does tho. You get what you pay for. You could buy some better scales also. I love my big boy ad20s about the same as I do the slicer and the clip point you’re complaining about in s35vn steel. I don’t feel the way you do about it. Cuz I got better steel and scales.
@gOOnz901 Thank you so much for your charming comment 😂
@@johnnyeas1431yes the one you picked out does suck big time. Learn from your mistake and buy one that doesnt suck. I put research in before I forked over anything . I read the reviews about the scales you hate man. A lot of people hate them. When bhq threw that sale that slicer would have been your pick. I just ordered original goat scales for mine drift icy blue lexan scales.
Get the clone. I got one and it’s fantastic for $25
Along as you know the difference between a clone and a counterfeit, counterfeits hurt the industry and should never be supported.
Pretty sure it’s a clone and it don’t hurt the pocket book
@@tarasoffgear4831what’s the difference? I’ve never had either.
@@Edgekeeper747fake knives are for fake people
