Do we really think Drake Maye is going to start? Jacoby Brissett had a great season the last time out, and Maye was said to be a 1 year project to get NFL ready. 🤔
I guess time will tell.

I think they should let him sit a year. Seems that recently throwing these rookie QBs right in haven't been working out. Zach Wilson, Trey Lance, Justin Fields, and Mac Jones. Past couple years most of the QBs have been trash

In an ideal world, Maye sits for a year or two. But he’s a third overall pick. History strongly suggests that by week 7 he’ll get the nod to go out there and be QB1. Unless Brissett goes wild and the Patriots stack wins. That’s a sure fire way to not get benched for Maye.
