Fluid film or wool wax. I’ve had 10 year old cars here in Wisconsin with nearly 0 rust.
I did the SPE disaster kit and the fuel filter relocation kit .. they use Cat fuel filters and water separator much better than OEM filters…really nice and much easier to change filters.

Just add snow and salt and ya get the rust if you don’t take the time keeping that stuff from building up, it’s a disaster on a pretty nice truck. Shame on the owner for wasting a lot of money letting it go like what we see.

My dodges spin the same dirt and rock against the bumpers and low and behold they are rust free. It's not the driving conditions, it's the trash brand.
