This song has a certain melancholy for me, when this came out, I'd just broken up with my then GF, whom I still loved DEARLY, but she'd started dating a local drug dealer, meanwhile, I got heavy into the drug scene, where it was played endlessly, and being the banger it is, I knew it would be being played endlessly elsewhere. Every time it was played in someone's bedroom or kitchen, while we passed around a plate covered in some random powder, I couldn't help but think of her listening to it in his car, or in someone else's kitchen, or bedroom. So this song really reminds me of that obsessive paranoia, the sadness of knowing someone you love is happy, enjoying life, without you, with someone else, but also reminds me of the all the great times I had with an amazing group of people who, with some chemical assistance, managed to mask the inevitable pain we all suffer on our first hard heartbreak. When you're going through hell, seriously, keep going.
One of the most under rated producers of the modern era. Annie Mac got me hooked on this a few months back on Radio 1. Always thought Skream was just about Dub Step which was never my thing. This is just a small example of his many talents. The drop down reminds me of the glory days of rave. Simple but SO effective. I played this at the end of a classic house set and it blew the place apart. Maximum respect!
Villu Jokinen I most certainly will. Also, I'm not hating on this song one bit because it's different from his original dubstep stuff. I absolutely LOVE this track.
We've been waiting a while to upload this one! Skream brings this deep, emotive Garage track that has been the highlight of many festival sets all summer! Pre-order here: www.juno.co.uk/products/skream-you-know-right/630424-01
SubSoul every track is great! so clean and u can hear everything beats tones rhythms ONE of the best channels youtube omg.i cant fuking stop dancing :) everytrak i swear.
Thank's SKREAM, you're a master mind dj... here we have so many genres mixed to generate a 2000's sensation that pass above decades and remain as a new fire dance till now!
Ricky Loves You no problem. He most likely uses two. A composting program like Adobe After Effects and a normal editing one like Adobe Premier. Or he just uses one. I suggest checking those two out by just cracking or torrenting them and if you're rich you could buy them as well. Good luck 🖒
Really nice... I always miss old school dubstep by Mr. Skream and others... But I know, yeah, the era is already over for some time, because of the overuse by mainstream shit producers and evolving of brostep... Yeah too many attention always ruins good things faster than speed of light... So I'm really happy to hear something like this after a while, reminds me of the dubstep boom on early 00's and some significant remixes he made at that time... Epic basslane and minimalistic beats with a few samples... That's all I want to hear. Maybe it's simple, maybe it's nothing new, but it's really tasteful and enjoyable! But seriously, who else can make a basslane like this? Skream is a genious at this field...
You realize he said in an interview that most songs shared the exact pattern? "Trance/breakdown..build up...huge squealing drop" So not exactly hard to copy, and not very complex
Ollie Snead It made my birthday the best night ever, for the fact I got on stage at the end with him because he recognized me from DJing in Manchester lmao it was mad.

DestinationMan that's not dubstep and noisia is neurofunk
+Denis N Heh, they most definitely are Dubstep.
Skrillex Wiki used to be, listen to their new stuff, it's neurofunk, a sub genre of drum and bass
+Christian Radclyffe Oh no of course, Noisia is Neurofunk. I was just talking about the other artists that my buddy mentioned.
