In Minecraft bedrock it is not possible to make a string duper,
Even in the java edition, the string duper glitch has been removed

Yeah it has to be, better safe than sorry ....
Otherwise imo you can use composters also, but don't use barrels and lecterns as the librarians and fishers don't work during rain

You can spawn proof the area around the farm, by placing slabs or use shovel to create path blocks around the farm

Make sure that their are 20 villagers in the farm, and the farm should be 100-150 blocks away from any village, beds, working tables and any villagers
