Loved this show when I was in high school. They have great chemistry. I have the series in dvd. Rewatching right now. The plots are so simple and wholesome. Just good entertainment.
Yes, Merv darling, we fans really are serious and really fell in love with Kate and Bruce's characters on Scarecrow & Mrs. King! Which is why we're still enjoying this video all these years later. :-)
You can tell Kate was perhaps the biggest cheerleader for Amanda and Lee's relationship- she really cared for the character of Amanda and wanted her to have everything possible for her. All the other female characters got to have their moment with Bruce's character and she's like "WHEN WILL IT FINALLY BE AMANDA'S TURN??" They were great together.

I loved this show back in the day! I might just look for this series on blu ray or dvd and just binge watch it every night after work till I see it from start to finish. Just to remember why I loved it so much. I wish it was on some T.V channel that plays the 80's shows.

When they talk about the lovely people of Houston Kate says. Bruce on the other hand says it was threatening it said to Mr Lee Stetson. They both take turns talking about this note 📝. The note was made out of cut out letters out of magazines. Dump the new girl or else.
I love this interview and when the lovely of Huston sending a ransom note made with cutout letters and words to Lee Stetson as Kate puts it. Telling him to dump the new girlfriend when they herd he was getting one in a tabloids. To put it nicely dump the new girl or else!!!
No we're close, Kate and Bruce were more loving like holding hands, staring in each other eyes and there missed kisses, nobody does it better than kate and Bruce. There was an off screen chemistry there somewhere but they won't kiss and tell because they respect each other❤
Yes!! I've been re-watching smk on Tubi & love it ! The last season was so sad bc towards the end Kate Jackson was hardly in it due to cancer diagnosis so it would be nice if they did a series and tied up all the loose ends ❤
They are not that old just in their early 70s and they both probably look good for their age. They would be called out of retirement from the IFF retirement community to find Chamberlin who is still being forced to make copies of important documents and then selling the originals it's an old case of their's and only they can solve it. That would be a great come back.

It’s sad that once SMK was over that Bruce and Kate did not maintain their friendship afterwards.
