My theory on why Doll doesnt seem to mind killing, and other workers dont seem to have much of a reaction to other drones death, OTHER than fear for their life, is that worker drones dont have fully developed empathy programs, they can feel for their loved ones, like parents and children But unrelated bots arent really much of their concern until theh become close friends. But thats just a theory
I would argue it's more like they just don't have the same kind of grievances toward death of their own kind like humans do. They dislike it, but it doesn't seem to be as big of a deal. Also, just a bit of a theory, but couldn't literally any of the robots come back to life if they were just repaired? If so, that might be the reason death isn't as big of a deal to them because it isn't necessarily permanent. It would just be more like a temporary inconvenience or annoyance. Now obviously given their circumstances with the planet and the death of all humans on the planet they probably can't come back to life so easily. But even so their views of death wouldn't be the same as a human. In fact, I think Westworld did a pretty good job with how robots would be in regards to death too.

Uzi is exhibiting her insane cackling first, Doll has a disregard for the lives of others if they get in the way of her goal, be it getting revenge on V or finding a way to get rid of the Absolute Solver infecting her, and now promising to help Uzi rid herself of Absolute Solver too. Also note that Uzi's mother Nori was infected with Absolute Solver, its why Eldritch J used Nori's image to throw Uzi off-balance and why Khan has that room titled Nori's Cooky Insane Stuff with drawings similar to Uzi's in it. Also, Doll regenerated from that sick new cranial ventilation hole because its Absolute Solver, its what tried to regenerate J for its own purposes while Tessa came in with J as well as since Tessa's J is probably her last backup.
The drones CAN procreate, we see baby drones a few times in the series, but I still doubt they can replace the dozens of dead quick enough to matter. Seriously, this colony is constantly under threat from something.

Lizzy clearly being blackmailed by Doll to cover up her killing spree to save her own guts and being forced to lure V into that Prom so that Doll can kill V. About Lizzy, watch 13:30 again. It's quiet clear she is afraid of the Russian Chick, and doing this 'plan' under duress. You can also see a big red X under where V was meant to be standing. It shows the entire thing was planned. The Russian girl killed all the other prom queen entries to force 'V' to win, so they can lure her there and kill her. (Tho Russian Girl put those dead bodies to... other uses.) It's hard to make out at 14:48 but you also hear Lizzy yelling at V, "On second thought, you're a lot hotter than Doll(Russian Girl). Run Idiot!". So she was already having second thoughts, and afraid of Doll, and at the last moment through her lot in with V. ----------------- On a second note, Want to explain this part: 24:40 We see in Doll's Flashback at 15:54 that Doll witnessed her own parent's death by V's hands. But not only that, the very second we here the 'splat' of their death, Doll's eye started glitching out. So most likely the way to get 'infected' with this power/program, is to witness a Murder Bot kill one of your family members. Which would explain why in the Second Episode, at the end with the 'Hardcore Illusions', J was able to Replicate the Main Character's Mother and holding her as a Baby. And showing the Mother the Baby with that weird system as well. As we see in that episode, J's self repair program can only 'Replicate/Hologram' people she has seen/touched.... So how does she know what the Main Character's Mother looks like? Unless of course... She killed her in the past. And baby Main Character witnessed it, and got inflicted with the Virus/program. We also see 2 very important moments. 1, The Main Character did consume some oil/blood. That 'May' be why she can use her powers finally, and why Doll is so powerful, if she had been consuming so much of it so often for so long. But also after she used it, the video zooms in to her necklace. Which before that moment, was always blank blackness, but suddenly at 24:46 after Doll tells her she is so sorry, is purple, with a triangle and skull, and what looks to say either 002 or 0C2. Hard to tell, but I think it's 0C2. As for why the 'I'm so Sorry', and 'Will help you once I find what I am looking for'. It seems like Doll knows why they have that power, so knew instantly the Main Character must have saw a parent die in front of her to the Murder Bots. And most likely is looking for a way to Revive her parents. After all, they were well preserved, untouched, and uneaten. Clearly, she cares about them, and probably trying to bring them back somehow. That is my belief. I don't believe she will be a final boss enemy. It work as a backup plan for the murder drones if they got a critical injury that would make the drones recovery took so long so the virus spreads into the nearest worker drone.
