Reminder: Minnesota is the state that has gone the longest without voting a Republican for President since the last time they did was for Nixon. There were some Republicans in the past few years who thought that Minnesota had a chance in the near future turning Red on the state level. However, after everything we have seen over the past couple of months with ICE I doubt that Republicans are gonna see any gains there anytime soon.
George Floyd was murdered in Minneapolis. Trump suffered so much humiliation because of the ensuing protests and his racist commentary. It’s no coincidence he’s trying to hammer the state with violence.

And putting things in perspective means taking a topic someone is unsure of or disagrees with, and viewing it from an angle that allows them to change their mind or make sense of it. In what way were they changing anyone's perspective on this "litany of lawlessness"? By reinforcing the idea that President Trump is a bumbling buffoon, so we should just laugh at his antics? Or that we shouldn't take things seriously and everything will just buff out?
