Actually I received "Bye Bye Sitkunai" broadcast via Uzbekistan, not from Sitkunai. The program was broadcast after shortwave transmission from the site had been discontinued. But I have received some programs here from Sitkunai on shortwave before, and the condition was fair, i.e. Radio Waves International, Rhein Main Radio Club, etc.
