That little girl has a big bed, no paci, no bottles but those twins were in cribs and have pacis. Max would drive me nuts... He really lost it because that boy was in the mom's seat?! Lord. That oldest boy was the best in the house...why can the older brother get the twins to bed but not their own mother.. Just wow
If you've watched as much of the series as you find available, would you agree Max is the very first child to Not enjoy being with other children and playing with all the neat toys and playground apparatus outside? I think he started on day 2 or 3 with the "I want to go home now mommy."

He needs exposure therapy to everything…food, playing and socializing with other kids, getting messy from head to toe, learning how to be a boy! As a kindergarten teacher, these parents make me livid! I have no patience for this. He will be bullied relentlessly if something doesn’t change. Kids will push every button of his.
I find Giles and his frequent stupid smirk irritating and now that I learn of the horrible way he treated Liz through her pregnancy I like him even less. I was pleased to hear Liz grew up in a loving, supportive family.. It means if ever she decides enough is enough and I deserve better that being a single parent will be easier with extended family support. It would also be wonderful if he grows up and together with couples counselling they go on to have a great future.
Agreed. Liz and Giles sessions with Tanya have helped them and this couple would benefit from more counseling. I too see both Liz and Giles in a far different light than I did on days 1 & 2. I watched the show 12 hours ago and I'm still thinking "how could he?"
Even at the science center the mother ignored the older boy I feel horrible for him and his older sister. She needs to give the older ones more attention before they go get it from somewhere else
This 6 days was about the twins in their behavior. The mom has spoke to see where she should be right now so that the older boys life is better at home. He came along because it was stated at the beginning that he was affected negatively by their behavior. His life will improve if the twins are behaving better.

Actually I got the impression he was mom's favorite, especially after she mentioned she is having trouble with the eldest girl who didn't come along. Cairo is a very sweet boy. Big boy too! I could be way off base, but it seems that all the emotions Liz verbalizes don't match her behavior... she talks about being anxious and upset but rarely does her face/behavior match it. Perplexing...

I’ve noticed that in so many shows beginning with Supernanny UK. It seems as if they actually believe their kids will DIE if they miss even one or two meals. My kids ate what they were given, nothing else.
I think she has crazy anxiety, nervous energy. Always talking too loudly, chatter chatter chatter. She talks way too much but doesn’t mean what she says. She gets them all hyped up during the day and around bedtime.

His wife tells him how much pain he put her through and she didn’t leave him so she wasn’t going to. That seems all nice and sweet right? Did you hear her say “even when you had a break down and said that you were thinking of having me done over” does that mean what I think it means? Where I’m from that means having someone “done away with” WTF?
Me neither. The families haven't bonded as much as previous weeks families have nor have the children connected as much either. It's been difficult to empathize earlier on with these families for me. I believe that's why this weeks episodes haven't been as powerful.
I can just imagine the tantrums out of Max if he saw the twins eating those yogurts. I get the impression Max doesn't like to share or play well with others unless they do what he wants. I agree about donating to a local food bank or soup kitchen though.
I wonder if it was symbolic but they took them back out after Max walked away. I think he needed to see them in the trash and throw them in himself to know they were serious. It looked like a brand new bag in there.

It is possible that this is how Lisa can process and assimilate the information that Dr. Tanya is relaying to her. We all process information differently.
The Yes/No argument at the table where Max became overly upset and lashed out while squealing bloody murder while Cameo was having a delightful time is how other children will interact with him unfortunately. Max will be the child that gets teased and tormented because of how he reacts. Many comments have been shared by viewers predicting this and it begins already. We see at this innocent age there's no malice intended by Cameo. He's just playing.
BS. Your pearl clutching comment is the reason that people who have dealt with mental health struggles keep it quiet until something breaks. To get to the root of the problem they're having they had to go back to the beginning of it.
