Gray Marker (for the 2 outer edge circles)
Light Gray Marker (to color inside the 2 outer edge circles)
Universal Compass (this allows you to insert markers or pencils to make perfect circles)

the whole logo is based on percentages of the major diameter D. The thickness of the circle is 8%D, the thickness of the V&W is 10%D, the gap between the V&W is 2.5%D. The angle of offset or the V is 24 degrees.
