Fasting doesn't have any damage on your body. maybe u only ate proteins at the time. i was fasting for the past 3 years and am more in better health than before. 2. Burger? really? its not advisable for anyone. it contains high amount of sodium. now a days kids are obese because of that junk food. 3. Calorie is just a scam people. its all about insulin.why dont u listen jason fung for more detailed researches. but other than that i like the food recommendations that you gave
