    The growth plate of “the epiphyseal plate” is located at the end of any long bones in the body, not in the back bone. And, yes if those plates get injured due to inappropriate form while lifting, or excessively heavy weight, they can stunt growth for those young lifters under the age of 18. After adulthood, those plates harden from being cartilaginous structures to bony structures.

    am glad that you say you are a sport enthusiast. but let me indicate some wrong points.
    1. Fasting doesn't have any damage on your body. maybe u only ate proteins at the time. i was fasting for the past 3 years and am more in better health than before.
    2. Burger? really? its not advisable for anyone. it contains high amount of sodium. now a days kids are obese because of that junk food.
    3. Calorie is just a scam people. its all about insulin.why dont u listen jason fung for more detailed researches.
    but other than that i like the food recommendations that you gave
