      ​But for the powder sample, we use DRS mode, right,, then what will be the thickness we are taking here? And also for drop deposited samples, should we take the size of the nanoparticles as the thickness? Also for the liquid samples with nanoparticles in it, is the thickness ​taken ewual to the cuvette, but how can it give the whole thickness of the particles,, as it is in a solvent already? Please answer sir. This is to make sure how reliable this calculations are for the publications.. Could you quote a reference too?@@nanotutes
