One the best explanation I've heard so far. Thanks
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you this was very well explained! Simple and to the point
I am glad it was helpful. best of luck

Hi! Why the ias is the same with altitude?
Why does the TAS start decreasing at change over altitude? thanks
Due to temperature which decreases as altitude increases
But If you want to keep constant speed over altitude the your TAS will be increased. You have to fly faster to keep the appropriate value of lift experiencing thiner air with increasing altitude
Hi! Why the ias is the same with altitude?
Because IAS isn't actually a speed, but rather Dynamic pressure; that is the how much air if flowing into the Pitot Tube.
@@ATPLStudent so ias will be Lower with altitude instead constant, right?
