Thank you for the clear tutorial. Unfortunately (for me), the steps do not work on a PC. The Alt+Arrow Up keys fail.

Hold down SHIFT+ALT and press the DOWN/UP ARROW, it will work!

Option is a key on macOS, similar to Alt on Windows. I'm not on Windows so I can't confirm, but try using Alt instead. Substituting Option with Alt on Windows has worked most of the time for other shortcuts in the past.

I believe you use alt+shift and the up/down arrow for PC.
