I didn't get the chance to experience having grandparents growing up, my parents are immigrants so I mostly spoke to them on the phone and only got to see them in person twice, and now three out of 4 are dead and the remaining one has dementia. If people are worried about nutrients... Can visit my family back in India who lived 100 or more years for generations and remained (mentally and physically) healthy and active - almost all of them. We are from a staunch vegetarian family for many many many generations
