Hello!! I love your video:) I am just curious about how you get together the 'crew'for filming films for university assignments ! Do they also get plus points or is it like team assignment for people in the same class or is it just voluntarily helping each other out? I am curious about what give students the motivation to help each other as crew in their movies in university. thank you :)
Hi! For some classes we are assigned crews of people to work with from the first day and they can get graded on their participation throughout the semester. Otherwise I will usually ask friends in film if they can help or you can post a listing online somewhere when looking for crew. Working as a student for other students is more often than not unpaid, but we all want to get experience and help each other out so it motivates everyone to take part.
