If you go with all the way to remove the pcv valve, it’s better to replace with a new one. The part cost less than $20. Why take a chance of using a faulty valve or a valve that is starting to wear off after 7 or more years of use.

@AliMECH Alimech, your hose is coming out smooth. Mine is not budging. Really stuck tight there. Maybe too much pressure was trapped inside due to bad pcv.
My crankase oil cap is also hard to lose by hand. Always need a tool to lose it. It probably due to pressure in the crankcase as well. Both might be related to bad pcv valve.
I did notice oil on the hose from the pcv valve. That valve is most likely bad
Anyway, I was thinking that I need a plier that could lose those clamps to be able to pull the hose successfully . Still looking for one that'll fit that space (my hands can't get in there, so it's quite a challenge).
I have a 2016 SE, by the way. I assume the configuration should be the same

Use charcoal lighter fluid, way less $$$$ than Seafoam. The spring loses tension by 100K/160Km, just replace it. If you are going to change your oil too, you send a healthy spray of carb cleaner down the PCV hose from the top and let that soak overnight for maintenance.

ℹ️✅ Do you think it’s possible to clean up dirty PCV valve ( not damaged) without removing from the engine? Maybe it’s good idea to disconnect PCV hose from engine head and spray inside carburetor cleaner ( or small amount of kerosene), wait few hours and start engine after. Vacuum inside engine head will remove all dissolved slag from PCV hose. It’s just a question.

    • @AliMECH

Are you a mechanic or DIY ? A mechanic told me there are signs that your pcv valve is bad like high idling , oil leaks and air leaks . Are these signs a fool proof sure way to tell if pcv valve is bad ? I've got oil leaks btt not the other signs . Major pain to replace mine . I've got to take off imtake manifol and a few other things or pay a shop 11 Camry 2ARFE 2.5 L , PCV is right be intake manifol and HYDRAULIC POWEER STEERING PUMP

    Question, anyone who knows...
I bought a new PCV. I blew into one side horizontally (the way it is installed on my engine) and it had an air leak. Vertically, there was no air leak. I returned it and got another one, but the same issue?
Maybe my lungs are not as strong as an engine! What do I do? Order another one?
On my engine (toyota) it is a difficult R&R.

While the Toyota engineer stuck the PCV in a place that's so hard to service is a mystery. On my Lexus, the PCV valve is visible after the beauty cover is removed. It'd literally take me less than five minutes to unscrew the old one and screw in a new one. Since it's so easy to change and the PCV is so cheap ($7 @ Lexus), I simply replace it every two years regardless.
