nice tut .. would you suggest a source to understand the differences between HUE / Saturations / Luminance and how it effects the colors in the images.

I think it's pretty self explanatory. HUE allows you to change the tone or color selected, saturation the amount or lack of that specific color and luminance how bright or dark the color is.
Just play around with them and you'll get the hang of it.
