Customer service should refund all of your money. They should refund your shipping. They also owe you a gift card for the inconvenience! Sometimes they just don’t package items properly. Love the haul friend, in spite of.broken items.

@@latoshaallen8301 yeah, their customer service is great. They are quick to reorder what they have is stock or offer a refund or alternate items. Just wish the warehouse gave a little extra TLC to our packages 😢.
I'm not happy either!!! This is bullshit. I want to call customer service about this too and its not even my stuff. Im so sorry Cynthia!!! When you call about the tilted pedestal if they try to offer to send you a new one tell them no that your second one came broken too so you'd prefer a refund most likely they will give you a full refund and let you keep the item. No I don't think them candles fell out of the boxes because they weren't put in there correctly plus some of the boxes were in there flat so it's like they just threw the candle in the box and threw the box in as well instead of putting it in the box and pulling the tabs out on both sides to help it stay in there. I would ask for a refund for your bat too because there's no reason it shouldn't of had some type of frickin protection. Just like the cat. Hopefully maybe you can see if your store has any cats and bring it in for exchange but I'd still ask to be refunded for it. Normally I wouldn't try getting refunded on certain things and situations but this right here is just ridiculous so I really hope you do ask for refunds because you deserve it. I know how much you've been looking forward to these orders and to find them like this is just ridiculously sickening. There's way too many peoples who things are being packaged so poorly and receiving everything broken because there was no protection. Hopefully if enough people call and ask for refunds and stuff they'll finally do something about this. They don't ship stuff to the store like this so why in the hell are customers orders okay to be packed like this!? It isn't!!! I'm sorry but that first box you opened they should just send out a whole new box. Also make sure to tell them they didn't put your receipt in it because thats bull yet alone the other issues. Ok I'm going to try and finish watching the video, I paused to write this after you pulled the cat out. I feel terrible, I can hear it in your voice and I feel so bad. I really hope you get your refunds and stuff they should also give you a 20 percent off coupon with free shipping for you to use at a later date. I've seen people get the whole order replaced or refunded and get coupons and more over a tiny thing happening this right here is like they played kickball with your damn boxes or something.

Wow I did the same when the bodycare deal changed the rep said I can pick a 3rd item and they shipped it for free I would not have gone through the hassle if they told me to return and order again. Also my soap holders arrived in their own boxes within a box and none broke but that's ridiculous how they packed yours. Bbw needs to get it together with their shipping warehouses they are wasting so much money and getting unhappy customers! 😠
I feel like something is up with those tilted pedestals. I bought one in store and ended up returning it because paint was missing on the base. Love your videos! Sorry so much was broken, so disappointing.
Wicked Vanilla Woods kinda reminds me of Calvin Klein Euphoria. It’s funny, in my video i said that it’s more of a nighttime scent, but as I was editing I remembered that when I was in the Navy, Euphoria was my signature scent 24/7 😆

I love PSL but the throw is on the lighter side. That package was crazy! Someone in my comments said they are doing away with paper receipts in online orders but that doesn’t make sense if you’re missing items and don’t have a receipt? They are being so cheap with the way they are packing things and cutting corners

I wonder if the wicked vanilla woods is different in certain ones because I didn't smell the vanilla or anything I think it had to of been just that pink pepper note or something which sucks because I really wanted to love it because I absolutely love the packaging so much. I'm thinking about keeping one spray for packaging. I didn't get the shower gel which sucks because I might of liked that since Tina Marie said you get more of the other notes not really the pink pepper so maybe I could of liked the shower gel I definitely love how shower gel looks and that it can be used as bubble bath too if you wanted. I like a lot of different scents too there's not many scents I dislike in body care by bath and body works

Makes me sad that this happens. Such a waste of items that could have been preventable. Definitely not packed well. Each item needs to be packed separately and with styrofoam. These are fragile ceramic, resin and glass. Just terrible 😢 please don’t throw away the cat, just glue the leg back on

I just got my sprays from the flash sale and the packaging like the sticker on the bottle that says what it is were messed up on two of them. I don’t get how that would happen. 😅 they offered to replace one but I didn’t realize the other was damaged until she already replaced the order so I feel bad if I tell them again. I had it happen with an order before this and I just didn’t say anything but I am not seeing this happen others as much.

I bought the slanted candle holder in the store and they wrapped it in bubble wrap and tissue paper and put it in a double bag I’m so sorry both came broken
I guess BBW doesn't KNOW that packages get thrown around in transit!!! They also have heavy boxes thrown on top of them all the time. It doesn't matter how many times they put FRAGILE on the box! My SW order was very similar to yours- no packing slip, Bourbon Maple cancelled, the other 3 SW's tossed in there with no boxes at all- not even empty ones- & 2 were so dinged up that I called for replacements. THANK GOD my 2 Cedarwood & Vanilla mists were intact & not leaking- I got lucky & found on website that day 75% off & I had wanted this item at SAS SO badly! LOVE the scent since I had the shower gel & body cream. ANYWAY- my box on my porch before I brought it inside looked like a frickin' accordian!!! (LOL with the zig zaggy wrinkles from them throwing a heavy box on top while it was on its edge). I took pics & tried to send them but she was like, nah that's OK. ha I am still stunned nothing was actually broken in there. They MUST pack those Halloween items in a fitted styrofoam/peanuts box separately! ESP the wonky pedestal, the hand, & all other breakable ones. It's ridic! Especially when many times stuff is sold out so you can't even get a replacement. I'm not the biggest fan of Fireside- I tried it one or 2 years ago. But I LOVE Balsam & Firewood so I hope they bring that one back. I hope you like Fireside though. I do remember reading about flash sales on the website & it saying "no price adjustments" with those. I'm so sorry about all the broken stuff!!! It is SO disappointing- I know. I'm an emo person, too- right there with ya! TFS!
I had 5 separate orders here, 3 of those orders had broken items which is just ridiculous. I was just so frustrated going through these orders. Too many of us receiving things this way and it just doesn’t make sense. So far on cold sniff I am truly loving Fireside 👌🏽 now we will see how I feel once I burn it. I have not called to complain yet so we will see what happens.
I really don’t understand B&BW shipping methods. Not only is it super disappointing for customers, but it costs them money to refund/replace broken items. It benefits no one. I understand that the shipping volume is high and they are in a hurry (especially during certain sales), but they really need to revamp their shipping protocols. I’m sorry you received so many broken items! 😞
I recorded my Box coming just like yours where it was slit at the top. They did not press the tops of the smaller candle boxes in like they should have they should have been pressed in just like the bottom at the corners. One time they sent me my items with someone else's receipt my items were correct but the receipt belonged to someone else with their items on it.
That first box that was open with no receipt Did it have any items missing ? You should check your e-mailed receipt just in case you forgot ? Just a reminder :) So sad getting all of your items like that . They really should take better care in wrapping stuff

My Wonky came broken 2 😥 but it was quickly replaced with a full drip! Now the Madam I bought in store was missing some black velvet! I tried 2 fix her but got permanent marker on the collar! Pissed I paid full price.....I will be complaining

Apparently in the Bath & Body Works Warehouse the only given so much time to pack items or they get written up and fired I know that's no excuse but I just thought I would let you know why things might be arriving broken. Also all those items that are breakable they should have to put in separate boxes before they even arrived to the Packers just a thought.
Yeah, I bet they didn’t have time to package this so they just threw it in. BBW has to think this over and maybe give more time to employees. I can tell it’s an employee mad at there job.

BBW definitely needs to package things better. I’ve also had some horrible packaging and problems with Ulta. I actually opened a box here on my channel with a messed up packaging and box was all dirty and greasy from the spill.

It came intact! I mostly order online, and I’ve never had anything broken before. Once I had a candle that came with no wicks, and my wallflowers leak s little sometimes.

They are still doing it too because I just got an order from them with 3 soaps and one candle in a gigantic box last week. They just don't care. Have you exchanged a candle lately? They refunded the money on my card and then charged me the price of the candle I wanted to exchange l..so I had to have my card on me. Kinda weird but it still is an even exchange
You would think they would rather pay for a little extra packaging/time and care with packing than refunding almost every item and losing new purchases because of past bad experiences
Hi Cynthia! This is an awesome haul!! You seem to have all the great items from their Halloween collection. Regarding FRAGILE items, I would recommend just buying in store, specially for Candle accessories worth $39.99 & up, just not worth it receiving a damaged item, specially since it's so expensive. I understand your frustration, luckily Bath & Body works do have a great return policy.

I used E6000 to glue the drips back onto the tilted pedestal. I bought it at a hardware store, but I believe you can get it at Walmart as well.

Makes me sad that this happens. Such a waste of items that could have been preventable. Definitely not packed well. Each item needs to be packed separately and with styrofoam. These are fragile ceramic, resin and glass. Just terrible 😢 please don’t throw away the cat, just glue the leg back on

I’ve had boxes come with hand soap busted all over everything!!! I know things happen however it’s just too expensive for them to be not boxing it right 😡 I spend way too much money for that …. But I still love BBW ❤️❤️❤️❤️ pumpkin spice latte is da 💣

I just got my sprays from the flash sale and the packaging like the sticker on the bottle that says what it is were messed up on two of them. I don’t get how that would happen. 😅 they offered to replace one but I didn’t realize the other was damaged until she already replaced the order so I feel bad if I tell them again. I had it happen with an order before this and I just didn’t say anything but I am not seeing this happen others as much.
This sucks that it’s happened to us and we have to call and complain. I hate doing that.

Every time I get wallflowers online, at least one is leaking. I never used to have this issue, but the last four or five times they've been messed up.

I guess BBW doesn't KNOW that packages get thrown around in transit!!! They also have heavy boxes thrown on top of them all the time. It doesn't matter how many times they put FRAGILE on the box! My SW order was very similar to yours- no packing slip, Bourbon Maple cancelled, the other 3 SW's tossed in there with no boxes at all- not even empty ones- & 2 were so dinged up that I called for replacements. THANK GOD my 2 Cedarwood & Vanilla mists were intact & not leaking- I got lucky & found on website that day 75% off & I had wanted this item at SAS SO badly! LOVE the scent since I had the shower gel & body cream. ANYWAY- my box on my porch before I brought it inside looked like a frickin' accordian!!! (LOL with the zig zaggy wrinkles from them throwing a heavy box on top while it was on its edge). I took pics & tried to send them but she was like, nah that's OK. ha I am still stunned nothing was actually broken in there. They MUST pack those Halloween items in a fitted styrofoam/peanuts box separately! ESP the wonky pedestal, the hand, & all other breakable ones. It's ridic! Especially when many times stuff is sold out so you can't even get a replacement. I'm not the biggest fan of Fireside- I tried it one or 2 years ago. But I LOVE Balsam & Firewood so I hope they bring that one back. I hope you like Fireside though. I do remember reading about flash sales on the website & it saying "no price adjustments" with those. I'm so sorry about all the broken stuff!!! It is SO disappointing- I know. I'm an emo person, too- right there with ya! TFS!
I had 5 separate orders here, 3 of those orders had broken items which is just ridiculous. I was just so frustrated going through these orders. Too many of us receiving things this way and it just doesn’t make sense. So far on cold sniff I am truly loving Fireside 👌🏽 now we will see how I feel once I burn it. I have not called to complain yet so we will see what happens.

I really don’t understand B&BW shipping methods. Not only is it super disappointing for customers, but it costs them money to refund/replace broken items. It benefits no one. I understand that the shipping volume is high and they are in a hurry (especially during certain sales), but they really need to revamp their shipping protocols. I recorded my Box coming just like yours where it was slit at the top. They did not press the tops of the smaller candle boxes in like they should have they should have been pressed in just like the bottom at the corners. One time they sent me my items with someone else's receipt my items were correct but the receipt belonged to someone else with their items on it.

That first box that was open with no receipt Did it have any items missing ? You should check your e-mailed receipt just in case you forgot ? Just a reminder :) So sad getting all of your items like that . They really should take better care in wrapping stuff

My Wonky came broken 2 😥 but it was quickly replaced with a full drip! Now the Madam I bought in store was missing some black velvet! I tried 2 fix her but got permanent marker on the collar! Pissed I paid full price.....I will be complaining

Apparently in the Bath & Body Works Warehouse the only given so much time to pack items or they get written up and fired I know that's no excuse but I just thought I would let you know why things might be arriving broken. Also all those items that are breakable they should have to put in separate boxes before they even arrived to the Packers just a thought.
Yeah, I bet they didn’t have time to package this so they just threw it in. BBW has to think this over and maybe give more time to employees. I can tell it’s an employee mad at there job.

BBW definitely needs to package things better. I’ve also had some horrible packaging and problems with Ulta. I actually opened a box here on my channel with a messed up packaging and box was all dirty and greasy from the spill.

It came intact! I mostly order online, and I’ve never had anything broken before. Once I had a candle that came with no wicks, and my wallflowers leak s little sometimes.

I know this is an old video, but b&bws is ridiculous when it comes to packaging! They put like 3 items in a HUGE box and send it on it's way. They are still doing it too because I just got an order from them with 3 soaps and one candle in a gigantic box last week. They just don't care. So many witch hand candle holders and tilted PEDESTALS were broken last yr 😠😠😠

Hi Cynthia! This is an awesome haul!! You seem to have all the great items from their Halloween collection. Regarding FRAGILE items, I would recommend just buying in store, specially for Candle accessories worth $39.99 & up, just not worth it receiving a damaged item, specially since it's so expensive.
I understand your frustration, luckily Bath & Body works do have a great return policy.
