Set that inner guru free! He wants to get out! As an older fella I’m doing my best to keep in shape to ensure many years of flying to come. These workout suggestions are pretty close to what I do already so it’ll be easy to fold them into my regular routine. Another good one Micah! Much appreciated! 🤩

Great tips! Paramotor flight training is definitely physically demanding and even after training and out on your own.

    Great tips thanks.
You are so knowledgeable and helpful with your clips.
You deserve far more subs than showing right now.
Hopefully over time your channel will see the growth it merits.

great video and you doing great, muscle can stop you from where you wanna go and it's called trigger point small ball that refer like pain for don't stretch more than need it, the body talk in silence and you know how far you can push, everybody is different, if you do it frequently gonna be great and strong. is a general message from Lifted PPG, without to be a physical therapy.

Thanks a ton Micah. This is exactly the video I was asking you to make...Now I just have to get out there and do it :) It looks like I can do about 90% of the stuff you have shown with the exception of the row machine :)

Great information. I try to do some fitness activity 4+ days per week. And I can tell you that it helped me in training and still helps me with my launches 3 years later. I would share with new folks, don't worry about going heavy, just make sure that you are consistent. Your fitness will help you to enjoy this paramotor journey and avoid injury. Let's go!

I actually get motion sickness really easily. It’s one of the reasons I got into this sport, as no canopy or instruments are there to disorient you. But if I am on my phone too long or doing some porpoising it will definitely get to me!

Sorry if my posts are confusing. I think the exercises you suggest are good. My thoughts are that I should do them more slowly and not go for reps but slow endurance. I hope this makes sense.

Watched your landing video on Aviator channel. Suggestion for video: How about a video that talks about brake line adjustment. Personally, I think my wing has about 6 inches of slack before brakes engage the trailing edge. What is the correct amount of slack?? Great video on keeping 'fit to fly'.

I understand your good intentions to make awareness on fitness but some of your explanations on how soft tissues, exercises can be misleading and can even lead to injuries as well when not done properly. I’m not trying disagree or discredit your video about this topic but I’m just speaking as a physical therapist point of view as well.

There’s a few but just wanna give you a heads up that giving the most simplest advise with honest good intentions can be taken the wrong way. I thought about maybe offering a in service about warm ups and stretching for injury preventions when I go to a funfly but seriously so scary with people that might just take advantage of your kind offer or services specially without proper disclaimer. Im planning on going to bad Apple fun fly this year and we can sit down and have a fun chat about this if you want to.
