I did the same thing, staff tried to say I couldn’t park it there, I said this the bike rack? Well yes. Ok then. I still had to hide it after that lol but man it beat the dogshit out of riding the bus. To the point of that’s all I could think about all damn day. Definitely the best times in life. Class of 84’

Amazing bike, the thing I love about this channel, is that even if you
didn't purchase a bike from this shop, Ken gives you excellent free information
on what to look for in a used bike that you might not notice. That's 35 plus years
of free experience, think of the money he's saving you just for watching!!

Mostly a CR tragic although I love KX and rm however the 80's mods YZ'S were amazing bikes and superfast and powerful, I had a YZ 80 J 1982, had the radiator on the front of the handle bars and the wishbone mono cross swing arm which I had chromed quite a bizarre liquid cooling design but what a cracking little beast I was on the back wheel everywhere I went and usually beating later model CR'S and kx's.

Bought one when I was 17 for 400 bucks. It was bored out but the clutch started slipping. So I took it into a shop and they said a dude you know the waterpump is shot on this bike. Me wanting it to be top notch told them to fix it and wouldn't you know I started it up after getting it fixed and instantly it fired up but it was stuck on wide open throttle. Had to upshift it to 3rd gear and dump clutch while holding the back brake to kill it. So I took it back to the shop and showed him what it was doing. He then said oh dude you need a new top end and since its an older bike it's going be atleast 1200$ ha I only paid 400 for the thing I'm not spending that on it. So I sold it blowed up for 450 and put some money together and brought a 2000kx250 for 1700. Just one of my experiences hustling bikes
