I don’t understand how SM tries to push the idea that they’re focusing on “sustainability”, when they are doing the exact opposite. SMini does very little when there are member versions and different versions of the same album. Having the PCs be different for each version encourages fans to over purchase as well. They should take “sustainability” off of their slogan because they look like clowns for that

Oh, I also tried to contact sm. The fact is that I ordered a glitch mode, and the disc arrived in oil. At first, I thought they poured it out by accident and wiped it off. But the next day, the packaging with the disc was again in oil. This disc is still standing and emitting oil. This is my first time. On the one hand, I'm scared if it's toxic or something. But I can't get in contact with sm. If anyone knows the address of their support service, please let me know.
unfortunately, i think that’s the case for all glitch mode albums as a lot of people were complaining about it when it came out. my cds also arrived in the same condition and it’s because of the plastic packaging the cd came in. 😢

when you buy from catchopcd if you buy 7 digipacks will they automatically give you all 7 members or do you have to leave a request ?
