  • This pain relief sound therapy uses low delta wave isochronic tones which have been theorized to have soothing effects on the limbic system, the amygdala and hypothalamus in particular, which themselves operate at delta frequencies.
Part of my series of videos for chronic pain. You can find the others in the series here:
This is a brainwave entrainment music track using isochronic tones combined with music. The music has also been embedded with amplitude entrainment effects, where the music is subtly distorted and vibrates in unison with the same frequency of the isochronic tones. This helps to add further strength to the entrainment effect. If brainwave entrainment is a new concept for you, there is some information about it here: www.mindamend.com/brain-hub/br...
    How This Track Works
Delta frequencies can be so helpful with conditions involving chronic pain, such as fibromyalgia. The frequencies I've used are between the range of 0.8Hz to 2.4Hz and have been associated with providing relief for back and muscle pains.

For those like me with chronic pain, it makes me smile that people make tracks like this. Chronic pain is not always visibly seen. I put a smile on my face and try to laugh, etc. Whatever can be done you do your best. It's ok to have down days and normal for me to have varying pain levels. I do sometimes think, I have gone through this for over 20 years now. Unbekeibale, but then, I may have maybe 30+ more years of this, as I'm 49.
For anyone feeling down I go for positive music, funny movies etc. Remember just do your best from the moment you wake to the moment of sleep. It may feel awful sometimes. Do what you can and don't overdo it, there is always tomorrow. Remember there's many people are going through the same level of pain and I try and remember there are people going through even tougher things.
    Big gentle hugs 😊

I love the instrumentals. Can you make more acoustic videos for other purposes? Like focus and creativity, sleep....When I'm creating content (not yet on this channel obviously) I generally listen to the tones without music because my ADD brain gets overstimulated and something has to go. And just the tones on the focus and creativity track are actually very soothing all by themselves (in my brain's opinion). I can't always wear ear buds because I need to hear what is going on nearby, but I do have to say the ADHD specific tracks....I'm still blown away. If someone wants to know if they truly have ADD or not, they should listen. It's like putting glasses on and realizing just how bad your vision was because the difference is amazing. Remble, ramble...more acoustic please?

I'm constantly dealing with Chronic pain, and unfortunately, the VA has stopped providing me with my hydrocodine due to the opioid crisis. It's really tough to be left in constant pain. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will improve my pain if even a little.

I am sharing this so a friend can check out your for-sale tracks too. I don’t know all of your music, but have you or would you consider making tracks for animals? Pain, post-op, adoption or new family members, cardiovascular, digestion, urinary tract, anxiety, inflammation, depression, and hospice/passing would all apply. Thank you for continuing your good work.

Thanks for spreading the word and recommending my tracks. Regarding producing tracks for animals. I have looked into that in the past but there's very little research info out there to go by. I'm afraid I don't know how different their brainwave activity is compared to humans and how effective brainwave entrainment would be.
It's an area that still needs a lot more research before I could make tracks for animals with any confidence.

@@MindAmend I understand what you’re saying. Yet isn’t much research done on animals first? I wonder if Johns Hopkins or Cornell Veterinary Colleges have some idea. And not sure if you are in the UK, I’ll see if I can find anything.

Whats the point of 0.8hz frequencies? Most audio systems have around 60hz as their lowest range. And even if the audio system can produce low frequencies, their real manifestation would be limited by most rooms, as low frequencies really need a lot of space to form

It's the frequency of the sound, it's the frequency of the beat.
