You know, if we get a Freddy in jail episode, maybe Gallant could return briefly as his Funtime Freddy. Or is at least mentioned since the last time we saw Gallant's Funtime Freddy was when he got arrested. I don't know if they already had a story in place where Gallant's Funtime Freddy escaped or not. But regardless, looking forward to the next episode!

And that's the explanation on how Freddy got arrested for a crime he didn't commit, and later on resolved in court even though Monty blew the place up. X3 lol And I'm just gonna say it one of the mimics did it and pinned the crime on him, probably to get him out of the way so they could kidnap his daughter Francine, who knows, let's just hope it didn't come to that while Freddy, Monty, Foxy, and Funtime were at the court room.
