I told my wife that CU needed this loss; and not just lose, but lose convincingly. Coach had been saying ALL season, “Don’t believe the hype… you have not arrived”. They clearly played like they were COMPLETELY caught off guard by KU’s tenacity. That’s indicative of a team that was TRULY smelling themselves. Kansas HAD to win this game to keep their Bowl hopes alive. CU clearly did not anticipate that. It’s a tough loss, but eyes forward. On to ISU. Go Buffs.
After a game like this, some things need to be kept off camera for the upcoming practices. I hope they lead Shedeur 'em out right as the last home game also senior night.
CU Buffs defense didn't come to play. KU scored on EVERY outing they had, except the last one that didn't matter. Coach Prime should've started giving other players an opportunity to play defense. Shilo jumping up and down like it really mattered he didn't get thrown out the game on that hit. Right after that, KU running back ran Shilo over and then ran Cam over, straight for another touchdown. IT was a really sad sight to see. And yes, this is what CU does. It just hadn't been exposed in a while. All that man-to-man defense not working. Everybody hyping up the defense and now look... and poor Shedeur. He kept being late hit and the refs didn't call it.
Any decent team on a streak will feel the concrete slap em in the face as an ego wake up call, coach knows this, but young know it all's filled with testosterone and all the perks that come with success: parties, attention (you know what I mean by that), and overall player 'intoxication'... But he can't tell them egos that, cause he lived it at the TOP LEVEL, so, until the sidewalk showed up, today... Ranking was questionable... Will they overcome? We'll see what happens.

Why you say lead him out 😂
The young buffs got a wake up call for sure. What happened to watching films on ku because KU definitely watched film on the buffs.

That's why they are not top 25.....maybe top 50....
Didn’t deserve to be in the top 25. Easy schedule.
