What if it`s kind of the opposite (all in the D1): the 12th house Lord (the Moon) is in the 8th, and another 12th house Lord is in the 10th house (retro Venus, exalted, vargottama), - can it indicate foreign residence and/or foreign partner at some point, or does it mean smth else?
