Hi, I'm so happy to see you visiting Thailand. I grew up in Bangkok, so I really miss going back there! The fried egg with basil pork is actually called pad kra pao! Moo sub means minced pork and khao means rice. It's really humid and hot there, so it's a good idea to have sunscreen on you. Also try not wear short/skimy clothes in the temple, because it is actually considered disrespectful to the buddha (it's no biggie tho! just keep that mind in case you want to visit again in the future!) I'm so glad you got to enjoy the street food too. The pad thai, roti, and everthing else look so tasty!! You should visit Chiangmai and Phuket!
The tourist you said while buying a ratan bag was a Filipino who said "ang ganda" which means "so pretty" ❤

Omg welcome to Thailand! Glad you like most of the foods here. The grilled cabbages and Thai tea are also one of my favorites. And I'm surprised your bf knows a lot about the foods and the places.
