First. Trading cryptocurrencies is not a crime in Nigeria. CBN only restricted the banks. The worst the bank can do is to close your account. They would ask you to withdraw your money from the bank before they do that. Second. There are hundreds of thousands of Nigerians trading if not millions. The agent would have to track millions of account for all the banks. Which is a lot of work and can be contested. The government is not willing to sponsor this, neither does the bank. Even if they do, there is another option for traders. P2P trading from Crypto to ecurrencies and from ecurrencies to naira. There is always a way out.

If you want to buy with naira, you go to the p2p section. Buy from anyone there by sending the money to their bank account. The crypto you bought will be in your p2p wallet. You can transfer it to your fiat and spot wallet, buy other cryptos with it or send it to an external wallet To sell, Go to your fiat spot wallet click on receive on the crypto you want to receive, you will see the address, send the crypto to it. Once received Transfer the crypto to your p2p wallet and sell it there for naira. I showed this. Please watch again.
