Don't forget they also have the Wolf Warrior. He defeated a bunch of Navy SEALs and is so quick he can escape the blast after stepping on a landmine

Their naval and air drills are much more realistic, but their ground forces drills are very much theatrics first. The PLA seems to be the red headed stepchild of the joint forces when it comes to TRADOC development.

One important factor to note is that China is in the midst of a major force refresh/modernization. An analysis that is accurate as of the information available today is going to be significantly out of date in 6 months.

Your description of Chinese way of fighting is interesting. It is mostly civil war and Korean War tactics where the PLA just transitioned from a Guerrilla force into a large standing army. How that “transition” into the current PLA where social (for one, people do believe in the rhetoric back in the day) and technological environments are very different is unknown. I hope it doesn’t come to the two countries fighting each other.

Its also worth noting that "Conscript" is a rank in the PLA eventhough the Army is an all volunteer force, its a symbolic title essentially

Yeah, they literally idolize the guy and pretty much base most of their principles on the Art of War, which might not work for them since I got a copy of it really easily

Add lots of corruption to the weaknesses

Corruption is present everywhere and almost completely standard with all armies, i think these large nations would do like Russia, slow at first but would then clean up military corruption and get better

@@oofoof1206 corruption is so bad in the PLA that there has been cases of officers stealing missile fuel and solding it as cooking fuel

One could argue that the scripted fights are used to underestimate their tactics

Agree with all of the things above, except "Haven't fought war since 1979"..... Bro, they helping Russians in Ukraine lmao
There's a lot of Telegram videos covering up Russo-Ukraine war and there's a lot also Chinese active and ex- military member that helping Russians
And they might learn everything from Russo-Ukraine war..... We need to be careful bout that, do not underestimate them.... Sometimes we too underestimate our enemies, that's why we lose on Vietnam and Afghanistan

I'd be more fearful of Russians with combat experience in a combat scenario. If the Chinese doctrine is like that of Russia, all orders come from the top and NCOs are practically worthless in armies like that.

@@yarnickgoovaerts The chinese army is really bad.. Imagine that. Russia is always at war & deploying troops around the world, produce good quality weapons & vehicles and yet they struggle with a lot of things in ukraine. Things that the chinese army cannot do
they have no experience, no veterans, no good weapons/vehicles and maybe (maybe) the only thing they might be good at is logistics

You're literally quoting Korean War PLA tactics 🤦🏻
"They love to hide and lay in ambush and sneak attack" bro who taught you that, McArthur?
They literally have the most advanced artillery pieces, ballistic and cruise missiles and recon/attack drones in the entire world.
They're lacking behind in some areas don't get me wrong, but they're not an army of riflemen screaming and shouting while running at you with bayonets fixed. Get your facts checked please because you're literally spewing misconceptions.
They have so much advanced firepower and in such volumes that it will make your head spin yet you seem to confuse them for the Worker's and Peasants' Red Army that they once were.
You're talking about supposed gigantic numerical superiority yet the PLA is not much larger than the US military.
They haven't fought a war in a long time? And the US has? Do you honestly think that the US experiences of the war in Afghanistan will be of any use in a war with China? Holy moly you are naive, then.
Anyone who believes this nonsense is up for a rude awakening.

The US has combat Experience of SMOKING the 4th largest army of Iraq and they had hundreds of T-72 tanks and other Armoured vechicles that far outnumbered that of the US in famous battles like Medina Ridge and 73 Easting, also the US's experience in counter-insurgency will play a critical role in defeating chinese resistence incase the US actually conquers China

    • @Ragged_Armour05

The PLA does have Enournous Numerical Superiority and that's why the USMC litteraly invented a strategy to counter that superiority and dont even mention the corruption within the CCP
