  • Jillian talks with genuine bad ass, enduro racer, athlete, and teacher Megan Griffiths. Meg shares her passion for dirt bikes, enduro, trail riding, and teaching. Her career began as a full time electrician working in oil fields; however, she was miserable and never had the time to ride. In 2020, amid Covid, she quit her job as an electrician and now lives full time on the road, teaching clinics throughout the US and Canada. Meg discusses her lifestyle, her practice philosophy, personal growth and the importance of finding joy in what you do.

Megs is absolutely right that she should not have to race to justify her success - her chosen path is giving more to others and sharing the passion

Just watching Meghan’s tutorials helped me to progress with my riding. She also rides a 2-smoker like me 😊
I would love to take a class with her!

Meg is an excellent instructor, her small size has forced her to develop technique over muscling the bike through difficult terrain. This allows her an unusual ability to help other riders learn. Thoroughly enjoy her work and have learned plenty from her regardless of the fact that I've been riding far longer than she's been alive.

The not racing thing never entered my mind but I agree 1000% with Meg. Racing will improve your riding quicker than anything but you also need to work technique without the pressure of a race as well. I do not relax at all in a race. Only when it's over and I had a couple brewskis.
I am 5'5 and I learn a lot from Meg because of that. Watching a 6'4 guy do a pivot turn isn't the same.

Re falling: Gravity affects everyone. Lol, nobody is immune. If we have a brain fart and loose focus, gravity doesn't take a break till we get it back together....much to my chagrin. Lol.
