Question. Before i can view my cctv on my mobile phone but then i dont know what happen, i cannot view it anymore and my dvr turns off when i try to view it thru my mobile phone
Can be several issues. Need more info to suggest the solution. First check whether your DVR is showing status as online or not. If not then make your DVR online by setting it on DHCP (I assume you have analog camera setup). If the status is online then check for slow upload speeds at DVR end. Reply if not done. Do subscribe
Hello. I created a new user account inside the device menu for another person with limited rights (only live view of the cameras). How can this person get access to the live view? I tried with the xmeye app but it failed or it was my mistake because i don't know how to do it correctly..
Create a user in DVR. Secure it with password. Before this secure your admin account with password. Now simply add the DVR serial number in Xmeye app on user mobile. Put the user name and password of user account.
I followed your instructions but I can only view the cameras when I’m connected to home wifi, but can’t view the camera when I’m not connected to home Wifi
Please check if your DVR network settings are properly configured and it's status is shown as connected. If not sure about settings, you may choose DHCP under Network tab.

Followed you, but not connected..Can the ethernet cable be 10M+?
Cable length is not an issue as long as it is under 100m.

No special settings required. Simply set DVR network settings on DHCP mode to make is online. Then add to your mobile app.
