- As I already told you guys, today it's time to have a look into Gamelofft's newest idea regarding Asphalt Legends Unite since, probably, the physical copies they decided to come up with at Asphalt Legends Unite global release (if we ignore in-game features, of course). On this new store there are a bunch of offers created with a quite specific reason, as you will get to see within this video, so I really hope you find this video useful, because the content within Gameloft Club wont neccesarily help your gameplay within this racing game.

In my region (INDIA) Gameloft club is more expensive than the in game offers. In game unite pass ₹449 Gameloft club ₹549 💀

1) ALU is a gacha game like Fate Grand Order.(I wish drop rates were higher.) Two options - F2P or P2W , its that simple.
2) The reason why they are doing is greed, which results in customer dissatisfaction.
3) They knew their player base is pretty low so co-op was the last resort from to recover by adding newbies from other platforms or potential content creators.(I haven't saw any popular CC beside CarsOnGaming, ngl he reminds me kind of Feurrum(No promotion btw)).
Conclusion: Games is cooked and sky is the limit when it comes to preference.
Most people don’t have a good pc to run the crew/nfs games. So they have to rely on asphalt as it as most of the modern cars. tho it depends on a person do they wanna spend money or not

The gameloft club shop is pretty good but only at certain points, I did buy some stuff from it like the €0.99 for over 40 packs which made me have better cars in the game because my account is kinda new. That Jesko Absolut offer tho…I think I will pass 😅

If we are fully objective, that barely represents a mistake for them since the vast majority of players are from mobile devices and pc, and thus, and being completely cold minded, they are barely losing anything by sacrificing PS and NS well being, unfortunately

To be honest … i don‘t see the problem. I always check if an offer is relatively good in value compared to normal prices. Tokens for example must equal a price of 10k to 100€ at least. If not i don‘t buy and i don‘t care if it‘s ingame or not. I took two offers that were good in perspective and won‘t take the rest. That‘s also a signal to gameloft. What i am also sure about is that GL could make more money overall if the prices were a bit more reasonable. In the end profit is quantity times price and i think they often aim way over the break even point.

At least the jesko attack is free via clash store, although you have to grind in clash since it costs 31.6k clash tokens for the key.

This extra store is probably not a good idea to add in Legends Unite. Probably couldn’t shove any extra DLCs in the proper aisles, which is a pain to get the free packs and buy some items in the legend store. And it’s funny that the console versions can’t sign up for this, which is a good thing. Not that PlayStation and Switch have those disgusting vouchers, that could give some extra cash to Gameloft than letting Nintendo and Sony taking a portion to maintain the servers and system updates. I guess they have abandoned the redeem codes site.

gameloft just made it more unfair but tbh, these rewards are definitely useless and i think it will become more useless in the future
Bad idea or not, I don't mind a free EIP a day. Nobody forces anyone to spend here anyway 🤣 About the prices: I think €100 or 10k tokens is still way too much.

@@kevinmt_6565 Will depend a bit on how far you are as a player. If you can participate in all SE's, TLE's, MP etc it's not problem. But newer players struggle to get tokens. Then again they should focus first on getting the easy (or somewhat easier) to get cars first anyway.

The game is fine, it's just the clubs filled with freeloaders and don't let you reach the final milestone reward. Also it's hell of a grind.

The Gameloft club is better for the side offers which are not in the game. I bought the $1.99 welcome pack which gave me 5 epic cards for each class of car. I got BPs of all the rarest cars.
If you get legendary cars it doesn't mean you are getting the rarest cars. There are plenty of those cars which are useless

Hey Cars On, another great video bringing to light the flaws of GL. On another note, I was wondering if what I am thinking has been addressed before. I play on Nintendo switch, and recently I have found a problem with the new controller meta made to be the same as iOS and other handheld devices. The steering and acceleration has felt horrible. You lose a lot of speed when your cars accelerates, especially with the slightest steering at the start of the race. This has led me to want to be able to switch my Nintendo account to an iOS device or another platform that does not suffer from this new meta. The problem is I do not know if, when or how this will ever be possible. Do you know?
I think you can move your account from Switch to iOS, Android or Windows just once with the help of customer care, but you will never be able to move back to Switch again

I've been trying to understand the Gameloft pricing model for ages. And I just don't get it. Relying on a few players to spend a lot rather than lots of players spending (however much) makes no sense to me. I'm F2P. It's not because I can't afford to spend money. I would spend money if I thought I was getting good value. But I don't. Having said that, I recently noticed in the Shop a Garage Level 18 Special Offer. As I only use the Shop to get free card packs and stuff from the Legend Store, I missed these for previous GLs. The offer is 1,200 tokens, 1,400,000 credits and a Premium Pack containing 50 x BPs for £4.19 which I find to be good value and will probably buy it. As somone who's been playing this game for years, is there anything you consider to be good value, even if it's only relatively speaking?
Maybe the legends pass and the TLE pass if there are good hunts going on

I totally agree with you on this video, however it really contradicts what you do. Spending 10-15 bucks on a game is fine, but even after knowing these things, you spent 5k dollars on absolute. Don't do it, in one way you are also supporting them. Don't. Period.

Yup, then the game will ideally go bankrupt in that case, I was thinking that would happen in some way or the other depending on the prices of the products, and just one epic import part per each car in this season isn't useful, atleast let us choose one particular car to claim multiple epics for instead of 1 per car. None the less still something better than nothing.😅
