A strat is a parts guitar and I can build myself an amazing one for a few hundred bucks. Why would I want a PRS copy with all different parts from a regular strat?
They may not be for everybody, and it's ok to say you don't like them after playing a bunch, but suck? Not hardly. For example, I owned a Silver Sky for less than a day. Great guitar, just wasn't for me. In fact it was built specifically for someone other than me. But my CE24 kicked just about every guitar (including Suhrs, Kiesels, and Ibanez Prestiges) out of my rotation. It's phenomenal. PRS makes some of the best guitars in the world, and at every price level. But if they're not for you, that's cool.

It’s not a Strat but it is a Strat.

It's technically a very modernized version of a classic Stratocaster. Took the imperfections of the Stratocaster and made it even better.
Apart from headstock it is a real strat. There is no need for that question

The PRS vela is a good guitar. Granted, i played one in a pawnshop unplugged. but the feel of it was great. It looks killer too!

Yes.
prs sucks. that sunburst strat on your other video blows this away. this guitar lacks that special chime and glassy sound.
