The rabbis asked the prophet about dhul-qarnain to test if he was a true prophet, then Allah answers in surah kahf. That means the rabbis must have known dhul-qarnain personally. So this tubba could be dhul-qarnain

Why do almost all these well known Islamic speakers have he same style of lecturing? maybe they trained at the same institute... he waves his hands around so much like a music conductor it looks so unprofessional... and also why do these speakers repeat every sentence 2 or 3 times?? people are not so dumb or have a short attention span that he has to repeat one sentence like we are 3 years old!!
