Ive been seeing the same cheats the first guy uses recently, i think they abuse blink to not get kicked for using timer then toggle it for a short amount of time to move in an excessive speed to mess up your tracking. Most of them cant use it properly though its just annoying for both sides and they end up losing
if it was casual blink he wouldnt be teleporting to the destination faster than he could with running so its definetly some sort of timer packet choke combo
