The premise is cool, i like it, but the interaction between the MC and his childhood friend is not real in the slightest.
Those two would be thick and thin, even if they were separated the connection from childhood would be there.
The hospital interaction in Ep 5 (at the least) would not go that way with real people.
Still looking forward to more though.
