FOLLOW THE BLUE DROPS TO THE LETTER!!!! This makes your equines tail with blinding white but don't overdue the blue or it'll stain!!!! Believe me, this will change your life!!!!
I have struggled the past couple years to get my grey horse's white tail white!! It has always stayed yellow even after trying multiple methods such as baking soda and vinegar. I can't wait to try this method out before my next 4h show!
A little concerned, following the directions exactly and it’s looking like I have a purple dock hair and still yellow outside hair. Perhaps leaving the detangler in made the two weeks of staining superficial? I’ve never left detangler in a white tail uncovered. I thought it would attract dirt. I’m going to do the baking soda vinegar trick next time. It’s worked well for mellowing stains then do a light bluing rinse. UPDATE: this actually did absolutely remove the staining from her tail. Now I can feel more comfortable, giving her the summers off with her tail down and exposed to this Georgia clay. Thank you so much for taking the time to post this video.
The music towards the end of the video makes it hard to hear the instructions - would it be possible to list them? It sounded like you mentioned adding more purple shampoo with the detangler at the very end, but I couldn't hear how much, and it wasn't shown so I wasn't sure. Also, where did you get that tail bag? That is precisely the kind I've been looking for!
Yes! I'm sorry I didn't catch it before releasing the video, that's my bad. I don't know how to edit it without deleting the video. The unheard instruction was to add a DROP of the purple shampoo to the detangler and brush vertically and out to the sides, never straight down so you get even coverage. You can brush straight down the tail after it becomes fluffy and dry
Ill make you feel better. I have a grey shire over 17hh 2100lbs that is ALL white. Not only its all white but it has additionnal long fur on the legs ! Never wanted a white horse, but the horse wanted me so I took her.

Well hope this helps get my 2 year old grey Arabian clean and white again she’s now enjoying the field with her friends but at the end of summer we’re going to get them inside and I hope this will get her tail clean after a intire summer of field life and no washing (obviously I did groom her to get her a bit clean and to check for injuries)
I have scrubbed my my ponies tail with everything I can get my hands on. Sards soap, white vinegar and baking soda, sulphur and coconut soap, purple shampoo, talcum powder mixed with shampoo and paint it on, nappy San, bleach, Galloping Goop ... all this and still I have stains!
I noticed a bit of purple staining on the your horses tail does this go away quickly? my horse has had a leaky gut so her tail has suffered poorly from it... im looking for a method that will be proven to help :D
@@asfairattack7522 I used your method and oh my God it is so amazing all the products are so easy and really affordable and it’s the best whitening product I’ve seen to date that keeps the tail healthy! Thank you so much for sharing
Trying this on my silver black and my red roan once it warms up here. They’re out on pasture 24/7 so I’m sure they’ll immediately get it dirty again but hopefully they’ll look good for pictures at least lol
Do you have a variant for cold weather? I’d love to be able to bathe my palomino’s tail, but it’s too cold to wet him atm. Is there a way to do this without water?
I do!!! I'll make a separate video if you'd like. But essentially just replace any of the water parts with household warm/hot water from the tap in buckets ❤️ dunk instead of hosing
Not if you follow the routine! Should be fine! Just the blueing is a less is more situation if you're worried. If there it any light staining just wash it as normal in a day or two after and it'll clear right out

Yes thank you!!! The blueing is definitely a less is more situation!
This definitely stained my palominos tail blue…ighhh but also didn’t make a single difference to it. It’s still yellow as ever

The tail bag I got from a local feed store, however I highly recommend Rock N Tailbags for a custom braided tail bag! So many neat colors and designs!

Amazing! Definitely using for Scotch’s next spa day!!
I loved this video! what is that red bag you used to hold the tail?
This video is awesome!!! Thank you so much. Can’t wait to try this!
Good luck!! Hope you enjoy!

Yes!! Honestly I just overdid it. It's just typical purple shampoo so if it goes overboard just wash it out like normal!

Is there an alternative for liquid bluing? In the Netherlands the product is very expensive because of shipping costs :(
Great tutorial with the exception of the loud music towards the end drowning out all the commentary.
Yes I'm sorry for that, I don't know how to go back in and edit it without deleting the whole video unfortunately
@@asfairattack7522 lLove this . Could you maybe do a written version of the end so we can know the rest of the routine. Thanks.
I just saw that you answered that in the comments below. Thanks, again, great video!! :)
I LOVE your shirt!!
Thank you! It was a birthday gift from my twin 🥰
Can you use this on their whole body? *crying in grey mare*
I have Lipizzan horses. I feel this so much! :-D
Well if you do it I hope it helps you too!
How much would you charge for this service?

@@asfairattack7522 Awesome, thank you! If you ever have the time to make a video that would be great too. Thanks so much for the help!
I’d also love to watch a video !
Omg trying this ASAP
I hope it works for you!! Less is more on the blueing. But I really believe that's the trick ingredient, and letting your color conditioner sit.
Thank you for video
This won’t stain the tail?

😂❤😂❤ nice
Great video!
Thank you! I hope it helps everyone who tries it!
I would suggest you look into fortified shampoo for fast hair growth.
Why?
the tail looks purple
Can I just fly you out to wash my mares tail? 😅😂
The music is blocking out your voice
Can’t hear you over the stupid music. Too bad- good tips
Check the description. All info there. Cant redo what's done. 🤷🏻♀️
