Memories: Highschool was the best, I was asked to be one of the marjorette but I wanted to be an officer so I became one - the one who would do the command the "walang kilos na" to the whole CAT squad was my rank then. great memories... do crayz things with friends but be good at school as well.

Participating in the school band's program parade is an enriching opportunity for children, as it allows them to create enduring and joyous recollections to cherish as they mature. This period will undoubtedly be cherished by them with great contentment and no regrets.
A lot of Filipinos would say that their high school life is one of the happiest years of their lives. This is the time to learn to balance study work and other aspects of our lives like sports, celebrations, religious activities, competitions between classes and schools, club activities, etc. Even the parents have their parents day where they get to do games with other parents, etc.
That is why it kind of saddens me that in Asian developed economies like Korea and Japan, we see highly stressed students study really hard day and night with no time for family and other activities. All the young kids would do is study, study, study and in adult life it becomes work, work, work. It's probably the reason why everyone looks so serious, rarely could you see these students smile.
As we progress to become a first world country as well, I hope the Philippines would still retain this relaxed atmosphere and could smile amidst all the trials and tribulations life has to offer. Life is beautiful.
