- Town Hall 15 was confirmed for 2022 with a Builder Base Redesign set for 2023 in Clash of Clans. Judo Sloth Gaming shares information on the next few updates for CoC as well as the changes we do know about the Barracks coming in the next update. Mainly I find the Builder Base redesign the most intriguing since it is fundamentally changing something that already exists and I share a lot of ideas for this, mainly from my subscribers. Obviously since TH15 has been confirmed for release this year it is discussed at the end of the video although we do know know much information at the moment. Clash On!

I think they should add a new feature so we can get token from the builder base and can be exchanged for resources in the main base it be very helpful and it will make them play the base more often

@@aayush7368 I want partial loot for losses. I agree a way to benefit the main village is key to encouraging players to care. I would also like to see the clock tower boost becoming applicable to the master builder regardless of the village he is in.

@@Bradley_Warren I agree with the last idea you had about the clock tower. I also think it would be cool if they could make it so the more you upgrade the clock tower, the less time you have to wait between boosts
Yes that might be a good idea with my comment, if you happen to find and read it. Using your reward system with the redesign I'm thinking of, in conjunction, both would be able to redesign the base and reward system of the Builder Base.
I think one of the sole problems of the builder base is the walls, the 5 segment walls leads to lazy clones of bases with every defense surrounded by 2-3 layers of walls. This leads to a lack of attack strategies such as giants+cannon carts

That’s becoz people are trying to unclock the 6th builder. Cannon cart’s level tends to be maxed out before every other troops.

My favorite part about the builder base is how small it is, you don’t get swamped by tons of options and complicated strategies, it’s simple. If they could improve or redesign the system they should keep it simple, the home base is for complication
They should balance it out and bring an optional consolidation reward after losing streaks instead of completely redesigning its concept.
I think a win streak loot bonus could help make builder base battles feel more tense. If you're on your ninth win in a row, and you get through your attack fast, you're gonna be anxiously watching your opponent and praying they don't get that little bit more percentage than you.
Honestly great idea because its really annoying going in and spending an entire day attacking and still not being able to upgrade anything while all the attacks are just boring anyway because it just makes me want to leave the bb behind but i need the 6th builder so instead of it being something else to work towards its more of a chore
Since Judo said a *"NO!"* to Improving the Battle Machine's A.I., I hope that the next time he deploys his B.M., it goes straight towards the Crushers while being targeted by Double Cannons, Mega Tesla & Guard Post troops. And, his B.M. dies just before he was gonna pop his ability. :>

For builder base loot, it should function like clan capital. For every building you destroy, you get some tokens. Naturally, there would still be a cap, similar to the current caps, but it would solve the issue of losing by small margins or winning by massive counts but still getting nothing or too little. Then you could exchange the tokens for your builder base loot, or maybe a couple clock tower potions a week. Naturally trophies would still work the same, though.
Steady income would be cool like manipulating the stock markets
I think they should add a lists of the clan members that who's online even if they're not your friends. This is kinda simple but very important.
I think a really cool idea can be make the defending structures custom. For example you have the archer tower, and you can choose to upgrade the attack speed instead of the damage, so you can personalize your base that is the BUILDER base, and this makes sense.
That surrender option is so underrated that should definitely already be a thing. I wish it’d tell you what percent your opponent got while you’re attack their base to get an idea if it’s even worth still attacking.

I think builder base just needs a major connection to the main base, because that’s the main reason people really do Clan Capital, Clan Games, and other outside events

I think more gear ups would be really cool in conjunction with this. Like all of the specialty defenses could somehow translate as a gear up in the main village
Add a system in builder base that allows us to craft/create potions,runes,books, and hammers. That would definitely make me hop on builder base more often, gives us something to grind for, maybe a "spin of wheel" after a 7 day log in, maybe even add the "spin of wheel" after fully completing the seasons pass

In builder base for each town hall you get a certain amount of building tokens, defensive buildings take a few tokens to put down but are weighted differently eg you could choose between 3 cannons or 1 lava launcher. Then the bases would all be different and you would change your army depending on what kind of defences your opponent has put down.
i like this a lot, maybe rotate the amount of thees tokens monthly so some months to add more variation
I think something like perks, assignable to troops, would be good. things like a perk of priority (that would make the troop its assigned to target the builder hall) or a perk of leadership (that makes troops of the same kind follow the first troop of that kind that was placed), perk of alertness (that makes the troop its assigned to not trigger traps) etc. This makes the attacking more strategic, and it brings something like spells to the bb, while still being original
So glad that the barracks will be down to two buildings rather than 6! Will save so much time and loot!
Yeah this is good. But being able to leave your workshop upgrading for 16 days and still able to make siege machines is the Best thing in the next update. Same thing for spells and troops.

I like this one, fits the theme of the builder base,
First video I have seen in a while and I am super excited to see what is to come! One idea I have recently thought of (which could be for either the home village or builder base) is fused troops. While super troops have special abilities, maybe the fused troops would take to unique factors from troops and put them together. For example, say you wanted to merge a hog rider and a barbarian that could be a bulkier hog rider with a slight dps decrease or say an electro dragon and a balloon that could be again a hp increase and dps decrease however gives the balloon to have a chain of bombs or something of the sort.

We should have a builder base attacking maps. What I mean by that is, you remember the small event that we had to have an opportunity to win a builder potion in the main village? What if we did that with builder bases. We would have the limited troops that are allowed in that little attacking base? I think this would make builder base attacks a little more fun. It would have different bases, we would attack each base, get a preferred number of stars and we would win prizes for the builder base.

One annoying aspect on Friendly Challenges is that we can't choose our CC troops. I use a vast amount of variety in my attacks. CC troops dictate if my attack will work or not. Update it so we can just choose CC troops instead of deleting and requesting new ones.
For me in the builder base, seems like something like "skill tree" mechanic, so when we upgrade the troops, building, hero, etc, we could choose which one we want to upgrade, like: ability for troops and hero(super power or kind of like that), and defense point and health for defense, and producing speed for collector(Gem mine especially, cause i really love it) 🗿👍
My biggest issue with builder base is the AI targeting and pathing. Way too often I see troops ignore buildings right next to them, and die while chasing a further target. I've also seen defenses randomly change target troops for no reason.

@@shaileshsemwal7307 BB maxed on 2 accounts, one that uses only level 1 defense buildings(except otto requirements) very well vs maxed troops, and a bh7 and bh8 on accounts just started this year, but you're right. No clue what I'm doing. 😏

for builder base what comes to my mind is a tournament system every (insert interval here : weeks, 2 weeks, months, etc) and get a token system that can be exchanged to some magic items
What I like about the Builder Base is that it’s simple unlike the home base.
At the Home Base are just way too many things going on.
I hope the simpleness remains for the redesign

7:31 instead of maybe the same troop synergy u have to use for example a giant and cannon cart to get a boost or something along those lines. Like a 4hit combo which does an extra bonus move. Using 8 giants and 8 cannon carts will give a boost, maybe a speed boost or a rage boost or an ability boost or an attack per second boost

What i believe to be the problem with builder base is the availability of resources. You get them only when you win attacks and that too doesn't happen all the time. The resource production buildings are kind of slow too which is kinda of punishing compared to the expensive upgrades of the base. And also, they could add more heros.

Yeah, they should allow us to win resources after winning any battle.
For Town Hall 15, perhaps to keep it fresh and exciting maybe a double wall system. Such as the ability when editing a base to place one wall on another (1 tile, 2 wall pieces) This would mean ranged troops such as archers and wizards had to break through the wall before attacking that building and wall-breakers only broke the bottom wall and then the top one fell down. For Builder Base as you said the Draft system would be a smart and the Defensive Builder Base. Nice video as always!

I personally loved the switching troop powerups/abilities idea, but I think we could take that further. Instead of upgrading troops in the star laboratory, we could just upgrade the abilities, then assign them to different troops when we want to battle.

As an OG player since 2015, I've watched coc grow and also witnessed its downfall at times. Here, I think the re-design of the builder base should be the main focus, as players are quite used to having a new town hall level added and some minor changes. However, builder base could be the opportunity for clash of clans (or even supercell company) to come back into view in the gaming community.
I've played coc since it came out (2012) and its sad to see such an amazing game being topped and buried by a bunch of games that are run by money thirsty scammer.

A Really interesting ideia would be to make your own defenses like you choose the type of defense (cannon , tesla, even something like the inferno tower from the home village)and choose the parts of the defense and at the end it would generate a price for it ,but i don't really know how this could be balanced because it could lead to exploits of people making really overpowered stuff for cheap
1. Emblem system, each emblem has specific attribute, each attribute has buff or debuff.
2. Talent tree, each hero has at least 3 paths to choose. Example for Queen Path 1(offensive) Lightning Arrows- has 7%-9%-11%-13%-15% (depending on level) chance to have it's shot to trigger chain lighning similar to Super wizard.
Path 2 (Defensive) Healing Aura- attacks has 7%-15% to gain 9%Lifesteal herself and nearby troops within 9 tiles radius.
Path 3 (Balance) wathever ....
I think that it would be fun to have npc's missions and stories to complete and discover. Of course gaining important rewards and a prestige for the stats.
When visiting builderbase for the first time (when repairing the boat) you get a sort of “intro” to the builder base, like the Clan capital, first a bunch of clouds, then you get there. With the builderbase you just click the boat and just TP there, Making a little ‘intro’ when going to builderbase would be realky cool
Yeah, and for the people who don’t want it, they can turn it off in settings so that they can access their builder base instantly so they aren’t forced to watch the intro every time.
I think they will redesign the builder base to be like Warships in Boom Beach. In warships, you have to attack to unlock defenses and troops. When you rank up you get loot for both villages. I think this is most likely to happen. 😁 But, I can't think where to put the 6th builder. 🤔
For the tournament rewards, it could be like the clan games rewards. First level is a participation grade reward, then it progress up. Then if you get to runner up you get to select 1 from each, but if you win you get to pick a 2nd from each tier. Similar to how you get to pick an additional reward if you hit max on games. That would create a near double reward for that 2nd to 1st and really make you want to get all the way through
Practice and singleplayer map for the BB. Many people don't understand the AI of certain troops. They just spam barbs. And although it works, the game eventually gets boring. On a different note, scrapping the BB altogether is really mean. The devs have put a lot of effort in this base and the BB also provides the 6th builder which is a blessing. Thanks Judo for the video.
I like the permanent tournament idea as well as the draft idea I think both of those put together would be great. Also a rewards system isn’t really a redesign but that’s like en cool like you said Judo so if you have a max we out builder base you can still get rewards for home village.
I think the ability to participate in builder base defense would be really interesting. Perhaps you can return to help defend if you finish attacking early. As a nearly maxed TH14 I enjoyed the idea of builder base being like lower TH levels. Simple armies, lower upgrade times and costs. It made me nostalgic for my early clash years. I hope their redesign keeps that aspect of the builder base
I would also like it if they expanded the pet system. When they were introduced they looked very fun, but in reality they add almost nothing. What I would like to see is all the pets getting huge buffs (so that they have an affect on the battle) and add more pets!
I think builder base should create a new resource for the home village that can only be generated or rewarded through efforts in the builder base. This would make people grind builder base with a connection to their main base and make grinding it feel more rewarding, kind of like building up a factory or something

What up Judo! I'm a big fan of ur content, I'm always watching some strategies and fun stuff that you do. And I'm also amaze that you we're able to gem all the entire thing. Like the th14 speedrun, and just gem the entire builder base just to upgrade otto hut.
Step 1: Slightly nerf cannon carts (Maybe just the hp so lava launcher at BH 9 takes them out a bit easier)
Step 2: Individual wall pieces
Step 3: Builder hall clan wars. Have a separate level on clans for builder hall clan level and have rewards benefitting both builder base and main base. For example level 10 builder clan could have a clan barracks where you can fill it with troops so when someone requests it automatically fills their request. No one will have to be online.
Builder hall pass or more challenges would be good
I feel like a good update for the builder base would be with those tournaments like you mentioned, we get rewarded with loot for the home village, or capital gold, or books and runes. But they could do it like a weekday sort of deal like every monday - thursday so you still have your raid weekends friday - sunday and aren't overloaded with too much to do in the game at one point in time.
My opinions in builder base redesign
1. We can place the walls individually
2. New loot system (we'll get loot everytime we attack like in main base )

the change can be that we can now control the movements or basically the Ai of troops or path them where we want them to go more suave way , like the recall spell or something like that
I think they would add a different kind of 2v2 in which both players are attacking separately and when all 4 of the attacks are over then the combined score of the duo will win..
And there will be a different leaderboard for duo as well
I'm also into base designing so I suggest that hopefully, supercell will enable the upper left side of the scenery for us to place all collections like statues. The sides of the base are already crowded and if you're into collecting all event obstacles, you'll probably need the outer side of the base.
when bb was released it really emphasized the idea of going beyond the borders of your home village and exploring and i liked it a lot, I dont deem it realistic since it would need a lot of work but a system maybe similar to the clancapital where you yourself can explore different district like locations and find new infrastructure to build up would be very interesting and bring back the concept of exploring beyond your villages horizon. The different villages could have different roles like one beeing important for resources and others for unlocking new features and so on.
I believe it could be how one can edit the base, especially the walls and how it's handled- perhaps have individual walls like the home base (though that wouldn't make the bb unique).
What about, instead of you defending your base like that one defence idea, you attack their base but in the top corner there is a small zoomed out version of your base when you click on it will maximise your base which is also under attack and minimise the attack you were just doing on their base and then you can defend, maybe unique defences that, with player input are stronger, or deploy defending troops and so on. This would enable a unique dynamic playstyle were you defend go back place troops down then while they attack go back and continue, making some fun and plentiful gameplay, very different from the standard base.
Those 16 player tournaments are a good idea, I like that idea. What if we had a story mode, like the single player maps where we had pre determined “boss bases” to fight to get rewards, but before getting to those, we would have to fight 5 guardian bases, but those bases would be actually player bases that would attack you back.
Regarding the idea at 7:25, there should be instant potions instead of spells or boosts that work to increase stats ...like a ATTACK buff to increase attack of a particular group before the match start, a SPEED buff only for speed, or a HP buff for health...and these potions can be used only once before match start only on one group/type of troop, like...HP buff would work only for a group of 20 barbarians or 4 giants or 14 archers,and it can't be applied to other troops and more of the same troops....u can edit this idea to make it better....thnx...have a nice day 😀
So a builder base rework idea
Kinda implement the same system as guns up uses
You get to use a set amount of defensive buildings, so lets say 4 cannons 4 archers and then you can choose between either lets say 2 mega teslas but no crushers or 2 crushers and no mega teslas or 1 crusher and 1 tesla
So put defensive buildings in categories and you can use a set amount of buildings from each category
Light defenses like cannons firecrackers and archer
Medium like dubble cannons air bombs and mortars
And then heavy like mega tesla and crusher
So have like max 6 light defenses
5 medium and 3 heavy
This could make for a lot of variety of bases which you can actually adapt your army to

Monthly boosts on troops on the Builder Base would be very similar to the Tribes in Boom Beach. If they add it it would be awesome!
Tornado Trap in Clan Capital draws you into a vortex where you enter an Enemy Clan members Builder Base. Similar to the Arcade Classic “Gauntlet”
I've had this idea for 2 more heroes for Builder Base, but with a little twist. You can only use one hero at a time, so you can swap before your attack starts, and use a different hero for a gound attack, and a different one when using an air strategy, but before I post my suggestion to Reddit I'll have to improve this a bit.
For builder base, instead of armies being boosted while using the same troop. I think it would be neat to see a sort of “companion boost”, while using two different, but complimentary troops (EX. Archers & Barbarians) Maybe the troops could gain unique abilities when paired with a different troop.
Wow. That “hero rotation” idea blew my mind. I would love to have that in the game
For the next updates, if they ever wanted to better integrate builder base to the home base, they could try to provide at least *one troop slot* for the home base attacks (or vice versa).
Maybe you could carry 1 Super PEKKKA or 3 Cannon Carts or 20 Raged Barbarians depending on the troop capacity and the corresponding troop levels on the builder base, to the main base attacks.
They could easily work out the balance changes since the TH15 update is upcoming.

Some sort of smoke or mist based splash’s would be cool perhaps dropping a smoke bind could prevent turrets on either side from shooting across as this area is “blinded”.
SUGGESTIONS:
1. Add a new troops on Builder Base, and this time a skele-archer. (Not a big thing but I hope they find this interesting).
2. Reduce the Builder Base Hall to 4 by 4 .
3. Reduce the prices of the upgrades and buildings.
4. If there is have a battle machine for the builder, I think the woman acting as tour guide should have that too.
Talking about the resources I don't want to comment about it because that is where the developer strategy takes place to earn profit
I could imagine the builder base getting a total new layout, perhaps going underground/mine themed considering the home village is on ground level and the new one being in the sky

In regards to the Builder Base, maybe an idea could be that you're able to switch out buildings in the base, just like you're switching out your army when attacking.
I mean it's called a BUILDER base, but it seems like a normal Clash Base, just with restrictions on attacking and looting. Nothing really changed with the Base Building.
So like maybe switching out certain Defenses for maybe another type (Ex: Switching out an Archer tower for another Crusher or Air Bomb)
Thus making each base unique for every attack, plus you could add extra rewards if you happen to beat and destroy a certain amount of defenses or using a certain type of troop when attacking, or also defending with a certain amount of defenses in your base.
Of course this will require testing, but eventually it might need like a certain restriction on the amount of changes you could do. Like maybe 2-3 base changes a day, then it having a 24-48 hour cooldown. Or just allow 2-3 changes in general. So that you are only able to switch 2-3 buildings at a time. And if you want to switch them again, then youll have to switch back the buildings you previously changed. Just to not allow ridiculous bases the chance to get into the meta too much.
So technically you have the chance to make, a unique base every time, each attack will be different, and you'll need to be familiar with every sort of building and troop to make the most of your attack and Defenses!

Idea for builder base:
Clan camp- an army camp kinda like the clan castle, but instead of requesting troops, we can choose a troop that another clanmate has. The troop level will depend on the clanmates troops level unless its being used by a low level player. That way a bh4 cant use a level 18 troop
Or maybe something similar. The clan castle adds some social aspect so i'd like to see something similar
Id love to see something like season trees with different troops and defenses that changes seasonly like the warship like in boom beach, that would be so awesome.
I think a last stand similar to pvz mode would be cool, where you're continuously attacked by the goblins on all sides, while at the same time you can deploy your troops there to help However it is limited by means of only deploying the amount allowed for the army camps(they act as the guarding troops when deployed). You can also activate the battle machine, but it will act like a defending hero and doesnt revive when it dies. You can also progress with rewards and have a leaderboards for rewards as well. A cool pve mode other than the Goblin Map. And also, maybe they'll introduce new goblin characters along the process. Downside of this though is how will it be implemented for lower th levels.
7:27 I think certain troop combinations should get synergy boosts i.e. barbarian and archer or witch and minion, and only provide it when the right number of troops are selected (to avoid spam)
- Builder base should make it so we would want to upgrade our builder base. It’s called builder base and it’s mainly about building and such; more upgrades of course and more defenses. Like the goblin map instead of the player attacking the goblins the goblins fight back in the builder base or maybe a new troop. And make that a campaign map or what ever works best and half if not more of the rewards so be Magic items. (Or what ever works best)
- another idea is one that I toke from BTD6 you submit your base and other players attack it. Either defender make the player’s army or they make it or what ever works best of course. And what if we can make it have a time limit for two days until there’s another one and the player with the least amount of time wins rewards and the players who are 1-10seconds close to him also gets rewards.

- TROOP SKINS (I REALLY WANT AND HOPE THIS GETS ADDED) obviously the troops change when they get upgraded but if we can Change them back into the lower level OR we have the skins that are able to change when upgraded but that’s a lot of work OR we are only allowed to get troop skins when we max it out or get to a certain level
I would love if you could use builder base troops to defend, but then you don't have those troops when attacking. (Example: if you use 4 sneaky archers to defend, then you don't get to use them when you attack) [meaning that you have too play defense smart or else you won't be able to get a better % then your opponent got when they attacked your builder base.].
They can add a additional campaign mode for builder base to farm achievements and loots, it can be like a tower defence game style layout, where you upgrade building as different waves of corrupted troops come in, sort of like how plant vs zombie is. This would provide some additional loot for those players who are struggling with the pvp aspect
What if for the builder base, they made it players vs goblins. Team up with 3 other players or clan mates and attack a large goblin base in real time simultaneously with a 5 minute match timer. If not that, then you all queue together and spectate their attacks and then attack in sequence. Periodically goblins will attack your base to try and steal your loot. The TH and BH should be more connected such as get 1 star with this troop 5 times to unlock a new level or mode on a defense in your builder base. Or even a new troop or defense. In turn you can send resources and speed up build times in your town hall. Thoughts and ideas? What should they do with pvp?
What about the supertroops? We are going to have only 2 barraks left in the home base, but I like the idea of doing tasks in your builder village to unlock the supertroops for a limeted amount of time? That way both villages get more conected and the builder base gets more important. Maybe the builder is also the trainer of the supertroops (he drives the battle machine)?
But the loot system should be changed too and maybe a 2vs2 should be implemented?
What would be very fun is a brand new Clanwar system for Builder Base, the name tells itself: Builder.
I would look cool if there comes a clanwar system for Builder Base but completely different than the main CW system for the home village.
I think something like a combination of the warships on Boom Beach and the riverrace on Clash Royale:
- When you start an clanwar on builderbase (here comes the Boom Beach Warships part), you would start from nothing, you get 3 days (or more or less) to build a giant builder base but then with you’re clanmates (just like on the clan capital but then for just 3(?) days and after the 3 days, you will compete against another clan for points (and here is we’re the simular part of the riverrace on CR comes to place). You earn points by having a duel against a random opponent, if you win the duel, you will recieve points and if you lose you just earn a small amount of points or nothing. You will use the base that you and you’re clanmates set up in that 3 days of building.
So imagine, building a giant base like in Clan Capital for 3 days and then compete another 2 days straight for points. On the end, the clan with the most points, wins the clanwar.
It is kinda a tricky idea, pretty complicated if you ask me but if we could get this, it would be a great redesign for the builderbase. In my opinion it would fit perfectly with the names Clash of Clans (clashing against other clans) with the Builder Base (Builder a base, and then having a duel. But now for a small time).
If this wunderfull idea would come out, obviously we would need a clan castle building in our builderbase world xD. Maybe be apart of the clans at the same time, one for the main village and one for the Builder Base???
You’re own builder base would stay the same with the same idea of duelling for trophies and earn higher positions in the leaderboard or own clan.

The clan battling idea would be very time consuming i.e building a new base every 3 days. But I do agree that it would definitely be unique.
Maybe they could modify this to take place once a month or every three weeks. That would work for the casual players. But the idea is cool, no doubt about that!!👍

I think it would be cool if builder base was a bit bigger with a few more army camps and a new HERO. What are your thoughts?
Builder base build draft, you are paired every day with one person you both get the same buildings and walls and have to build a base with it. Then the next day you get to attack the base the other player made. You can even overlap build and attack days. (Like in clan leagues where prep for tomorrow happens on the same day as you attack) and then that's an event that happens for a week like clan leagues now. Or it can happen every weekend.
It can even be the tournament you're looking for.
The reason I don’t play builder base much is mainly because of the walls.
My favorite part of the game is base designing, but having 5 walls only makes it so annoying and getting loot is fun but really slow for me so upgrading walls never happens for me.
For the builder base, I think an interesting new attack redesign would be cool. Maybe something like a rumble in Clash Mini which is pretty much like a tournament. Very similar to what you were talking about

Regards to the defending idea for builder base, I have 2 ideas (the second is my favourite):
I’m home village we have revenge battles when you lose a defence.
In builder base, if you lose in the 1 v 1 maybe they can give you the opportunity to “defend” and the game can still use the same code. It copies the same system of how the player dropped their troops and from their you can attempt to defend the attack and if you defend well enough so that you could have won, then you gain the rewards you missed out on.
It would add a new way to play that could be just as or even more fun.
Idea 2:
Both players position their trips where they want to for the attack similar to clash mini, and then once both players have set their troop locations you go back to your home village and both players have to defend the oppositions attack at the same time.
Change the way the troops work, change the kinds of troops, you can change the way the way the defences work entirely and give them abilities you’d need to activate on the defence.
So where In home village your troops are finite so it’s difficult to 3 star, in builders provide way too many troops so that it now becomes difficult to prevent a 3 star
They should make so that we can launch new matches even when the opponent didn’t finish the attack. It’s the main reason why I don’t play builder base : I SPEND SO MUCH TIME WAITING FOR THE OPPONENT TO FINISH.
Also they could add a popup when the opponent has finished the attack, with his %. This could save some time if you know you won already or not.
I would like to see a new resource added. This resource would allow you to assign customized elements to your troops (fire arrows, giant punch slows down defenses, random chance to freeze a defense, increase attack, increase hp, increase speed). Or maybe skill points in a skill tree for each troop. Players would complete challenges with troops to unlock a skill point to upgrade your troops (ex. Archer first challenge: destroy 25 buildings with archers. Reward: Unlock 1 skill point. Skill point tree options: attach, hp, or speed skill tree).
I‘d love to see a further individual development for the heroes e.g. different bows for the queen, swords for the king…
Maybe progressing into different skills with skill trees, weapons & armour etc., ways to make armies even more unique by fine tuning
I think it would be cool if they added builder base practice battles and single player maps.
Yeah Builder Hall Practice battles for each builder hall level. That way players can use the battle technique in an actually versus battle.

Love your suggestions. The 16 man tournament and if you win you get a crown or something, simular to fallguys. And with that rare item you then could buy ingame rewards to progress with for example 5 crowns or actual (even limited perhaps) cosmetics with for example 20 crowns. Obviously they will need to find a good balance but this has huge potential for sure!
1 thing I'd like would be if they added the scenery to change based on the time of the day like it'd be day like in the day and dark/night like in the night with appropriate music unlike current one where Home is stuck with day time and BB with night time!
What I would like to see from the redesign is more of a 1v1v1 than a 1v1. Each player would get one attach on each of theirv opponents bases. The best attacker and best defender will be rewarded (probably increased if shared).
This will help reduce the great attacks but still losing issue, while still promoting defensive improvement
The need a single player campaign, where you can find other island with special bases and alt troops, with rewards after completion of the island or set of island. Even they can have a small story line with it, seasons also they can keep having new content for the build a base.
2. Hero training at the build a base - maybe to add a bigger variety of strategies to the game let Heroes get a set of other abilities that can be earned via challenges in the builder base mode. Like the queen getting more range when just starting of the king having faster attacks for a short period of time and have each hero have several to chose from and only allowed to pic one with a cool down to change it .
i think it would be cool to have like monthly troops or temporal defenses or something like that in the builder base. It's already in boom beach and it's quite fun to learn new mechanics and strategies
I’d like to see a new hero and a new pet added with them. Heroes are my favorite part of the game and adding a new one could be great. I also agree on rotating heroes so no more than 4 per battle. Changes the meta completely

Maybe they can make the Giant Skeleton a hero, and for the Giant Skeleton to have the ability of spawning Wall Breakers.
3 changes can make the builder base super duper alive...
1. Allow builder gold and elixir to be exchanged for home gold, elixir or items.
2. The gold pass type tournaments will be awesome with rewards both for builder and home village.
3. The most revolutionary step can be to merge the builder and home bases in clan wars. Clan wars should have both the home base and builder base of players from both clans. And you should have to beet the clan in cumulative stars/attack percentage from both home and builder bases. This could also extend in clan war leagues, and BOOM builder base would never be dead again.
PS: Real time attacks should be attempted, because that will be something absolutely unbelievable and might even make the builder base put the home village in sleep mode.
