  • When I was 18, my body was unstoppable; I ran like flash, stretched like a gymnast, and felt like I could do anything. But as the years passed, injuries took their toll, and today, my knees are a reminder of how much has changed.
    But I’m not giving up. In the next 180 days, I’m determined to regain the strength and vitality I had back then. No, I’m not resorting to black magic, just hard work, dedication, and a belief that it’s never too late to try. I don’t know if the process will work or not, but I will never find out if I don’t try.
    So, I’m excited to introduce my new series: TIME TRAVEL TO 18. Here’s how I’m getting back to my prime:
    🌅 Rise early every day
    🚰 Drink 3-4 litres of water
    🥑 Improve my eating habits
    🌴 Exercise outdoors in nature
    🧘‍♂️ Take a 15-minute silence break
    😴 Aim for 6-7 hours of sleep
    📚 Finish one whole book. I’m starting with the Bhagavad Gita because I’ve heard it changes lives
    🏋️‍♂️ 3 strength training sessions per week
    😂 Laugh often and spread joy to those around me
    📝 Lastly, document my journey and share it with the world
