My son was about Adler’s age and was diagnosed with walking pneumonia. We got out to the car and he was just sobbing. I asked him why he was crying and he said “people die from pneumonia “. Oh he broke my heart and I explained that in the olden day yes but we have really good medicine now and he would be fine. He brightened right up. I’m glad Adler is feeling better.
I love how the cows lick a low place in the salt block. When young we always called that the clean spot and got down and licked it. No one got sick and we drank creek water and hose water and a lot of other things that parents tell you not to do. Farm kids still do those things.

I’m in Texas and 3 of my grand children go to school where I live. There is so much going around here. Flu, pneumonia, walking pneumonia, strep throat allergies…constant coughs they just got over a spell. 😊of course , “my opinion” is too many unvetted ppl came into our country without being checked for diseases. If you like stew with all the vegetables, use so e of the dear meat and use Mccormick stew seasoning. Best stew you'll ever have. Really miss the hunting days and areas meat from mother nature. Squirrel, rabbit, duck ,geese and even bison. Fresh catfish tops it off. A lot more healthier, no blasted chemicals. Best always Rusty in Southern Oklahoma ❤❤😊🎉
A good friend of mine once got attacked and trampled by one of her most trusted cows and the only reason for it at the time, was that she wore a fur coat and hat during a snow storm that the cow wasn't familiar with. My friend had to have a lot of plastic surgery on her face once she recovered from the trampling. So it definitely pays to be cautious around any animal as you've said!
Highlands were my late daughterd favorite cattle breed, so of course, I can hardly wait to see the calf the June throws. Love both your channels, still need to check out Case's. Gods blessings family.
