12:39 yep it’s true. I wore seamless gym shorts for the gym today but I had to walk out the house with sweatpants cuz it was freezing outside. Got to the gym and I just couldn’t get myself to remove my sweatpants. That’s not to say that wearing shorts to workout is bad, but the Lord put it in my heart to just wear the shorts when I work out at home. This was a journey, but at the end I had a comfortable workout 🎉
