Flair, your little girl is going to make so many memories with you at this cabin. I can see Beefcake construction building a tree house for her with a swing hanging down for you to push her in. Tree house could serve two purposes. Treehouse for your daughter and deer blind for you. Love Macy’s reaction to your cabin. Letting her help with the decorating was a smart move.
Karen, I was thinking the exact same thing about Brooklyn having lasting memories of spending time at the ranch. I foresee a treehouse, tree swing and one of those children's bow and arrow sets with the velcro type tips, haha! The fun they will have as a family out there is limitless! YES to DOG AREA!!! I think it would be a brilliant idea to have a space for the pups outside! Even a chain link enclosure with some dog houses/kennels would be awesome. You could find a way to cover part of it, I'm sure. Let's see Beefcake Construction build some dog houses and make an enclosre for them. I recommend making dog houses in an L shape with the door on one end, that way they can go around the corner and be out of the wind. I bet they'd love it! Thanks for another great video, Andrew!

When you flinch while shooting targets it's partially from you anticipating the shot. The best thing I found to do is breathe slowly and slowly pull the trigger like a gun. Just hold the pin in place and pull slowly so you don't know when the release will go. It kinda removed the anticipation for me and helped a lot
Hey flair love the videos, thank you for them you would never understand how these 20-50 min videos just make everything else go away. im 19 and live in a 2 bedroom with 2 siblings, mom and 2 dogs so seeing all your freedom and what your able to do if you work hard helps me because life hasnt been easy love you man thanks❤️
I wish you well, Nathan. Stay focussed and lighthearted and it will help. I can assure you. I am 51, a single mom, and had a spine injury 12 years ago. There are a lot of days where I feel cooped up and wish I could get out of the house away from the city to the wide open spaces.
I will say I'm a firm believer that if you have a few struggles in life, it makes you stronger. I am likely the most physically weak I've been my entire life and yet I'm stronger than I've ever been, if that makes sense. You are going to accomplish your goals and have the life you want. Some things simply take longer than we want, haha, but I have no doubt you'll make it happen. Take care.
Be inspired work hard save be smart with your money and look beyond tomorrow you can achieve what you want with a positive attitude. This is a great country, take advantage of your youth to launch your life. I see too many 19yo waiting for life to come to them go get it.

Okay Flair here's the strat straight up Goods when bow hunting from an elevated position and you're shooting a deer do not look at the entry hole look at where the arrow will exit. It's reverse mathematics but you got to figure out where the Arrow pass through on the last half of the deer will do the most damage get your head around that and you will be very successful. Geometry and angles perhaps do some practice with your decoy from the tree stand just to get your head around it with practice tips. And that is your pro tip of the day my son.

I highly suggest with any hunting cabin you have those light switches with dim knobs they come in clutch with early morning hunts.
archer tip. Two fletchings of same color go top and bottom. Odd fletching out. Other wise. The rear of your arrow has the bump of a fletching clearing the handle.
I poured my coffee while watching and took a sip at the exact same time as flair and we did the noise simultaneously. Freaky!
That new sliding door needs a nice big deck for lounging next summer. I'm surprised you've never mentioned it at all during the renovation. Get a nice propane fireplace and outdoor sectional. Would be a nice little project for you guys in the spring.

Another huge tip is to try shooting with both eyes open. You will be able to see more clearly and focus more on your target while able to notice any movements to the sides of ya. It has definitely helped me throughout the years of bowhunting.
You need to sight your bow in starting from 20 to 60 based on your pins,if you split your pins you can shoot your half yardages,and if it’s under 20 you can use your top pin and it will work up to 10 yards

If you want a really yummy meal, look up a recipe for chicken sliders on hawwain kings rolls, usually its chicken cooked in a crockpot and then shredded, which you then put on the rolls with cheese and a melted seasoned butter top and you chuck it in the oven, it slapps so hard

You could put a deer skull in between the cabinets in the kitchen and you could hang some utensils or something on it
Another tip that idk if you do but when you get to a spot to hunt. Go ahead and find a reference point like a tree or fence post or whatever you can easily reference and get a range on it so you don’t have to pull your range finder out every time you see a deer. Then by using what you’ve already got a range on you’ll have a general idea of how far out the deer is.
I think it could help .make the deer less suspicious and at ease if you start wrapping and covering and wrapping your hut with the local vegitation, making it look more natural cause right now, ut seems like that's the first thing the deers are noticing, gotta turn it into like a giant bush brush pile 👌🏼

Flair, I would recommend carrying five arrows in you quiver at all times, I would have 3 broad heads and 2 field points. We use the field points if a coyote walks in and we wanna shoot him. The others are so if you miss and something else steps out you have another arrow
Most states don’t allow you to have field points in your quiver

When aiming at a deer I put the sight on there leg and follow it up to the heart instead of putting it over them and lowering to the heart it helps keep your sight low in the kill zone👍hitting one low is usually a lot better than hitting one high🦌🦌🔥🔥

In your box blinds, hang a deflated basketball or something similar, while your not there. The deer will get familiar with the sight and not be spooked when your in the box blind. Kind of trick them into thinking a silhouette isn’t a danger in the windows.

You should switch the kitchen table and the couch put the couch where the kitchen table is in that room against the wall you can still see the TV from across the way and that table will be good for spot and deer out those big windows in the TV room

I have done archery for 7 years and the reason you are accurate when you practice is because you are practicing with field tips and not the brod heads you are using to shoot the deer, there is a weight difference.

Hey flair. Just wanted to help you out. Keep your hunting clothes in a box and wash them in scentcrusher soap. It will help with scent. Never wear them inside or anything. Keep them in a box. Also getting rubber boots specific for hunting will help with scent. Best of luck. Would love to see you put the smack down on him
