As a woman who was married to a narcissist, who left me in a very bad place when I divorced him, it took me five years to get back to my full potential, build up my business by my own home, and be financially successful, spiritually, and mentally strong. It took me so much to get to that point yet now that I am in a new relationship, I will never disclose how poorly my ex-husband treated me. It’s in the past, and I fear it will paint me as a woman who will tolerate disrespect. I told my new boyfriend that I was spoiled beyond belief, which is true financially, but not emotionally. I told him that I was spoiled beyond belief and he treats me like gold. You have to mark yourself in a positive light. All I’m saying is don’t tell your new man that your last man was disrespectful. It will make him think it’s OK.

I had to tell a guy just a few days ago that I want a man who loves & fears God, who has integrity, is abstaining from sex until marriage & has a well paying job and manages his finances well, those are my standards in how I started valuing myself when it comes to dating. The guy I told this to said that as we're getting older (I'm only 32), my standards are too high. I asked him how are my standards too high (for my age)? Firstly I'm still young, 2ndly, why are we rushing to settle for trash on the streets? For who, for what, for why? I knew that this guy just wouldn't meet my expectation & I'm not forcing anyone to, he's just not for me & it's really ok. There's some good guys out there who will have similar values. God told me never to settle, so I've learned from my past experience, ain't no way Imma be disobedient & allow someone to devalue me by settling for less than what God wants for me. The right one will come 😊
Many men or people in general think 30+ is quite a lot already because of the limited ability of a woman to have kids. Especially in men channels they are promoting this idea: to date and marry women who are younger than 30...

You have no idea how timely this message is. I've been crying all morning after another disappointing meeting. I'm tired of this diabetic, soda drinking, septic dating pool! It's infested! I've been questioning my standards because I feel like no one is meeting them. I'm acknowledging now that it's not my standard. It's the quality of men I've been meeting. I’m in 💯 agreement on all you’ve said. I watched my daughter lose 150 lbs and boom, she was lighter, healthier and her confidence blossomed. True beauty showed up. She’s an out door enthusiast and now she blogs, is a photographer and engaged. For myself, health, fasting ( currently) detoxing, prayer, peace and purpose are what God desires for us and where he can do amazing things in and through us. I just stepped away from 18 yrs of chaos in a marriage. I had to leave to find peace. I felt stuck and not appreciated for my true self. It was so freeing and I will guard my space and keep the peace to attract the next right man if God chooses that for me. I love your videos Stephen and find your wisdom so impactful and helpful.

That was what I did in the pass years..i was so sick to the extent of me hating my own self..i was so scared, complaining to myself that no man will ever want someone want me the way I was because I was definitely out of place...i started seeking for solutions everywhere and anywhere but to no avail. So i decided to start praying to God to make a way for me so that I can become healthier and beautiful...booms God did it
I mean for the past 2yrs i haven't been in any relationship i use those years taking care of my health and beauty... here i am now everyone is appreciating God in my life. Even with that am still taking my time because I deserve the best man.

Love this so much. This past month I’ve been really finding myself. Turning to God, building a relationship with God. Following truth, happiness and putting in a lot of hard work to be my best self. I’ve been in the gym every other day for this entire month and have lost 10 pounds just this month. I feel amazing, spiritually , mentally, physically.. self love makes the world of a difference. I missed a lot of red flags with the last man I dated. When they all came into view after the second date & he asked for too much if we had a third, I told him no. The man was a narcissist who had been lying at every opportunity, and when I called him on it, he told me God hated people like me. I laughed so hard over that one. The complete lunacy and bloated ego that he would even begin to know who "god" liked or disliked. Dodged a huge bullet with that one. I also started screening even more thoroughly. I know people have pasts that many haven't healed from or even explored, but that doesn't give anyone the right to judge me. I don't judge, but I do learn from their actions what to expect from them.
You didn't miss them. You were in denial and overlook. Been there.
My homework is not only in fully understanding my worth, but more in the practice of not advertising it. It's not my place to convince anyone of sampling or even purchasing what I have to offer. 11 times out of 10, those that I'm trying to convince are just not interested or even in the market

That’s what bothers me. Every time we talk about the healing part. I don’t watch reality tv hell or tv at all, I don’t listen to bs, I workout 5 times a week, maybe even 6 I have an exceptional diet. I’ve lost over 65lbs… I keep my home clean, I take time for myself I journal, but some kind of way… I have found myself back in a weird situation and I can’t understand for the life of me why God would allow me to go through this AGAIN… I have came so far and worked so hard to get to this place this space of peace. Now I feel this gentleman seriously came in my life to disturb my peace and play with me. It has taken everything in me to keep it together and just say okay and walk away but not understanding WHY is really blowing mine. It’s so annoying… smh I hate having to be the bigger person… I feel like I’m saying it’s cool and just leaving and it’s not cool! SMH having to give myself the closure is so annoying! None of this makes any sense. But okay… smh yall this going on real time 🤦🏽♀️😩let me get ready for this damn gym smh I can’t…

It's a test. Learn whatever you can from it and move on. You're now operating from experiencing, growth, and peace. You got this. I went through this last summer it's taken me 7 months to heal. Now I've healed better than before. Because I was able to heal things with that individual that were still unconsciously lingering.

I’m a Christ Centered Holistic Personal Trainer and a Specialist in Detoxification and Cellular Regeneration. You’re right about plant based eating. Meat and processed foods absolutely create inflammation in the body which inflames your cells and your brain can not function properly, nor can the organs. Narc abuse caused me to become MCs/ei, I almost lost my life in 2020. Changing my diet to natural foods 100% changed my life. I lost 55 lbs already and I physically feel like a different person. I was so sick and I now I am so much better. I was allergic to EVERYTHING, and now it’s only 2 things praise God Almighty. Full recovery in Jesus name. Also I want to say I am 38 and have 4 kids all naturally. I was at 250 lbs and currently at 195. Still working on becoming fit enough to ever save someone in an emergency 😂❤🎉.

I was anorexic for many years, never managed to get a stable relationship as I wasn't aware that I looked like a skeleton! I didn't even got my period anymore. And I kept on wondering why no men wanted to build a proper connection with me, until I realised that I was not looking healthy and my anorexia was the main reason they didn't want me. I was constantly ill, stressed, cold, anxious, picky, tired...

I use this analogy about dating. You have a budget and a style of vehicle you need. You see this really nice fancy car in the showroom floor. You take that fancy car out for a test drive. This was beautiful thank you for making this video. From my experience all of this is true. Years ago I was not making room for a relationship and my home wasn’t peaceful or put together. I thank God He’s helped me throughout the years and it’s made a huge difference in my life and how I can enjoy a peaceful home and life without those things.
I will say, I never realized it until I did it. For those unsure just do it, it’s worth the peace of mind. ❤
Thank you for that video. It is very important to be able to look critically at yourself. Sometimes we really have things that we need to improve: maybe our life or surroundings are messy, maybe we are overweight or maybe too busy with chasing the wrong type of people. These thing might be hard to hear, but making an effort to improve them can make a huge difference.
